As someone who has had a stillborn. At one point in time I found it hard to sympathize with women that had abortions, because I had no choice on what happened with my child and my body. I had to unlearn passing judgement. Because being a woman is a journey by itself, especially for us brown skin girls. But I just want to say I appreciate your rawness. YOUR FEELINGS ARE VALID. And I’m sending so much love and healing your way my love. As long as you have breath you have options and that is the beauty of it all. Continue to seek and you will find peace! You are a mother! I saw a short earlier with a prayer that said “Father, restore me to be who you created me to be” 🙏🏽 So short and simple. As you continue on your journey, never forget to LISTEN TO YOUR SOUL. It’s soul and then spirit and then flesh. You got this girly! Rise up! 😘
Sometimes we make right decisions that are still painful and we hold those these things together. I think you need to address guilt bc guilt implies you did something wrong. You did something you felt was necessary in the moment even if you regret it. You are healing. And the beautiful thing is that you can get pregnant again. Thank goodness you haven’t lost the ability altogether you know? Your life will flourish and you will be a wonderful parent. And maybe doing some kind of ritual work to say goodbye to that guilt would be important. You seem like such a sweet person, don’t punish yourself with guilt, let go. ❤️

I had my first child at 17. My 2nd one turned 17 today. I'm so incredibly proud of who they are. That being said, I'm so proud of you for choosing to work on yourself that way you're ready to raise your baby in a healthy environment when you have one. Trying to become the best version of yourself and raising children is SO HARD! doing either of those things individually is hard. Lol.

I wish you were on RU-vid when she went through it. Don’t ever apologize girlie. Everyone has something they have guilt, regret, or wish they could change or redo. @@LIPBALMKIXXXTV Yes that is how it is for my really good friend. She was 19 at the time and now she’s 35. I can say that the experiance and trauma that she went through changed her. Almost twenty years later she still has her days. She is married and did go on to have 3 more children. Multiple times a year she lights a candle for that baby. Hang in there girl❤️
I'm not going to lie I was so sad when I heard about your AB because I almost did the same thing but waited to long and this little girl is the highlight of me and my husbands life. I feel like you will be a great mother but I understand you weren't ready. The important thing is we learn and grow from past experiences ❤.

Awww, this made me cry. Ive been through the same thing many times and 2 miscarriages, also. I push the feelings back as soon as the guilt sets in bc its too much. Im so happy for you that you can share your feelings and that you have a bf that respects and loves you. ❤

Currently pregnant with my first after a loss last year. It takes courage to admit having guilt. It also shows growth. Forgive yourself. Personally, I see a baby in your near future. I think you’d be an amazing momma. It might be the season of life you’ve been missing. Seeing my baby for the first time during a sono was an indescribable feeling. ✨

Last year me & my baby daddy had to take a same decision we have a child and alrdy hard with this one child i got prgnt again & we had to sit down a talk a way forward.. And when i tell u that guilt was killing me.. & everytim i see my son i would alwys ask my self that maybe he would have been a best big brother... But i prayed and talk to god & asked for forgivness it did help but still i will never forget him or her... And thank u for trusting us ❤lov u alot
The fact that you do get emotional about it is a positive thing. It should affect someone that way. Because of your regret, you will now take the steps necessary to avoid using pregnancy termination casually as a form of birth control. There are plenty of alternatives to choose from. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure (and remorse, I might add). You will make someone a fantastic mom one day.

I had an abortion at 18. I’m 28 and it took me up until maybe 5 years ago to stop crying about it. Give yourself grace and know that you’re forgiven. Your child will come back to you when it’s time 🤍 sending you so much love

I had a pregnancy termination in 1999, and I held guilt for many years. I no longer have that guilt, and I think it's because I honor the life that was but is no more. I did make the decision to have the procedure, and I will always hold myself accountable for the unplanned pregnancy, and the loss associated with ending it. I was a hard decision, but I still feel it was the right decision for me at the time. But by honoring the life that was, reminds me that I didn't make that decision lightly. I did everything I could to prevent another unplanned pregnancy as a promise to myself, and I'm free from that guilt today. Time doesn't heal, but time does help make things easier to deal with. You'll get through this poo-poo bear. ❤

I keep a certain amount of cash in my home. I call it my just in case funds. Please don't don't like me. I lost 2 babies in my early 20s. I got my son when I was 39 and my daughter at 51. Now that I'm 66, it is a struggle having a young child because I value peace and quiet, but my daughter is extremely selfish. What she wants takes priority over anything and anybody. Her attitude is so what if it costs a grip or if you don't feel well. I'm not cleaning up anything. I'm a child. All I am supposed to do is enjoy life. It's your house you clean it.
