I was a victim of a employers horse play I have a Attorney and it seems like a fight to get my workers comp I've been out of work since July 28 th of 2020 due to this and then 2days after I filed for workers comp I was laid off I work for the company for 2 years and I don't know why they keep fighting something they can not win? Plus I have had to pay for both of my surgeries on my own I have military insurance that has picked up everything plus last wed they removed my menisus because they could not repair it and that was my second surgery. Any ideas on what I might be looking at as a compensation?
