Working a normal job: Reflections and Life lessons 

I reflect on the value of having "normal" jobs, especially when you're young.
One of the most important takeaways is the reality check these jobs provide. I learned the value of my time and energy from an employer's perspective, which was quite different from how I view myself. This sparked the realization that I want more from life and pushed me to move forward and encouraged to try things.
While routine can feel safe, it can also be limiting. I’ve seen firsthand and experienced myself how people can get stuck in these roles, losing their passion and becoming trapped in monotony. Giving all their energy to their work but receiving very little in return. I saw people who have been doing the same job for years, and they seem like zombies-skillful at what they do, but empty inside. Their eyes are empty, it's like their life has been drained from them by the monotony of their work. It’s HORRIFYING to think THAT COULD BE MY FUTURE IF I DON'T CHANGE PATHS.
