Yeeesss I can see it increasing with each generation and since I have been stressing myself I thought that something to help would be a lovely idea to test🥰✨️
@@venicerealm Sometimes, you just have to be selfish and take time out for yourself. Find your happy place and just go there. Maybe it's a book, a candle and quiet. Maybe it's a bubble bath and a glass of wine. Also, exercise (mild or vigorous) can help burn off stress. Different things work for different people. ☺🥰
@@charlescoleman4017 yes I am aware of these ways and I am actually including parts of them in my research but I am also adding to them to level them up to be more effective
