Well when RU-vidrs and famous people put it in our head that there is a certain standard on "bikini bodies" it creates a toxic mentality that your body has to be perfect to wear a bikini. Fuck that. The body you're in is beautiful and fuck videos like this.

haha I getchu. try using this as motivation to be more active whether that's a few jumping jacks and stretching or going for a walk/swim, you got this, it's such a satisfying feeling to be active everyday and the benefits are mental not just physical. have an absolutely wonderful week :)
i mean it really depends of how your body reacts to food, for example me in the morning i don't eat as much because i get bloated every time i eat something big, so i just eat single oatmeal, or a fruit or a smoothie, and she had like full calorie lunches so i guess it's all depending to you.
some people just aren’t very hungry in the morning and they have a small snack later before lunch. personally i don’t eat breakfast, i eat a small snack whenever i get hungry in the day before lunch.
hannah how are your serving sizes so small??? i would be absolutely starving if my meals were that small!! i always try to keep healthy things in my meals and when i eat something healthy i eat a LOT of it!! idk if this is bad but i eat TONS of good things and my serving sizes are huge hahahh! its just cool how you can do that and be totally fine. love you so much! :)
Ikr! Also eating fruit for breakfast just seems like a bad start... I mean the breakfast should be your biggest meal. And rest of the meals should also be bigger cause that's literally the way to stop snacking. Also not hating I just thing it's not the best approach (still even trying to eat healthy is great)
Emilka Kopyta oh no fruit it’s great for you in moderation it’s healthy fruits and carbs. If you wanted to do a restrictive diet you cut out fruit but your missing out on a lot of good vitamins. You could have 2 bananas and it’s gives you enough energy to workout or even build muscle if you add fiber. I just didn’t agree with the surgery options I mean as long as she does 80% good foods and 20% bad foods she’s in the good because she works out but it seems more 40/40 😂
Eleanor.Louise a banana is 120 calories, most health organisations recommend breakfast be about 400 calories especially if you’re going to be working out.
Personally, I don’t eat before I workout. I drink amino acids and I’ll eat a lunch after I workout. If I’m not working out, and I’m going to school I’ll have a banana or one protein waffle thing and it keeps me full
Abbey Lyons that does make sense, sometimes it’s the same for me. I just sometimes get iffy when these influencers post that they eat so little because younger viewers could then become self conscious if they eat more than shown in the video.
CELL that’s true, It definitely can be enough for some who’s appetite is not big in the morning; but I just don’t want girls who do eat more than that to feel ashamed that they do. Totally fine if you do eat this much or if you do eat more :)

You shouldn’t put “bikini season” in the thumbnail for a work out video. It is prompting the ludicrous idea that there is the “perfect” body and that your body should look a certain way in order for you to wear a bikini. I love you but this issue is getting worse and even tho ur harmless and unintentionally doing this, many girls and even guys are effected by this

some people don’t like eating in the morning or have an appetite, i usually eat something along those lines. it’s what works for that individual not you
Pizza isn’t bad, nor is chocolate and popcorn or any of that stuff! They can become (and should be!!) part of a balanced diet. If you eat nutritional meals (with carbs, fat and protein) and eat your veg and fruits there is nothing wrong with eating chocolate and pizza if you want to! I do ☺️😃

fr you don't have to, food freedom baby. it's all about being happy about what you put into your body and if eating too much junk food is making you feel gross then try making small healthier decisions so you can feel your best, a lettuce wrap instead of a big Mac so the gluten doesn't leave you feeling bloated and sleepy, or a matcha smoothie instead of a caramel frappucino. and then you know what, if a pizza sounds good to you and you're going to eat it, ditch the guilt factor, you don't need that kind of negativity in your life, as long as you're working to take care of your body. if the guilt is coming from a place of discouragement about not taking care of your body then don't feel guilty instead get your bum off the couch where you're on your phone and start to take care of it. food is so complicated but Hannah's video is so refreshing to see :)
I support Hannah but they isn’t such thing as a “summer” or “bikini” bod, and most her followers and younger she should let them know it’s ok to cheat and there isn’t such thing as a bikini body your body is ur body and if your confident that’s all that matters!❤️

Just a reminder that eating foods like pizza and such is normal and you shouldn't beat yourself up about it even of you are trying to eat healthy. Depriving yourself from protein, grains, and just well balanced meals can cause you to binge on junk food so its best to just focus on getting all food groups in. Pizza, wings,, burgers, etc are a normal part of life and its nothing to be ashamed of eating. Love yourself and your body; it's the only one you get so treat it with respect
Girl you are eating terrible... fruit by it self is not a proper breakfast and most of the lunch that you ate didn't had enough calories or wasn't good for you
Idk whether you know this or not but your portions are incredibly small and considering you are also working out you definitely have a calorie deficit which results in weight loss. I'm studying to become an RD and have worked in residential eating disorder treatment for adolescents. You are already very thin and I worry with the platform you have you may unintentionally be promoting restrictive + disordered behaviors to your subscribers. Especially with food avoidance of foods like pizza. (If it's carbs are not highly refined, and has fiber/whole grains, veggies, thin/cauliflower crust, etc, - it can often be a nutritious meal.) Also not getting enough protein. If you are going to post these types of videos at least educate yourself on nutrition, calculate how many calories you need in order to maintain a healthy weight - which i am willing to bet is much more than what you are eating currently, and consider what you are doing is not a sustainable diet for most people.
