I find this to be very helpful. I am a first year teacher. I have two paras and two 1:1's in my classroom. Classroom management is definitely my weakness, and I find I am almost afraid to tell my paras what to do and how to do their jobs because I don't want to insult them.
I am so glad this video helped you. I also have felt the same way in the past where I was scared to tell my paras what to do. It’s so hard to be someone’s boss at times!
