Still one of the best cyphers to this day. These three were so in the zone, and PEAKING. This is what freestyle hiphop is all about. That one moment, and nothing else matters
+Envy Muzik idk if it was the best, Locksmith verse was dirty asfff and the Jarren Benton, CyHi, and Joel Ortiz cypher was fucking ridiculous. literally listened to it for an hour straight when it dropped that night.
I don't rap, I go to school and pay for an apartment I can't afford sometimes. But I found this so damn inspiring. I'm a huge TBP fan. But to see three guys around my age BODYING a cypher harder than anyone, that makes me get up and chase dreams too. Best Cypher
This is hands down the best cypher of all time, no questions asked lol nothing compares to the energy, the bars, lyricism, delivery, multi syllable schemes. Some bars rhymed completely through almost word for word through multiple bars. Fuckin legendary.
hearing Owsin Benjamins structure was like the first time i heard kool g rap on executioner style. those unorthodox rhyme patterns that somehow find their place, packed with impeccable imagery. so freaken genius. Mad props from South Africa.
@@jaideepsingh5658 it's not that deep lmao. Well I mean your reaction isn't that deep lmao. It's a simple line, easy to understand with a deeper meaning. Police shootings etc. If that line surprised you like that then you need to listen to more of Oswin Benjamin cus he's the best out of the 3 with lyricism.
My rhymes are from times of vinyls And ciphers come at your vitals With rivals who try to fight you Or knife you so bring your rifle Your wisdom and bring your bible Don't be shook, don't bring your rap book, just bring your title bruhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
It was the Kaj Kadence, Passionate, Denzil, and Shizzy VI cypher that set the bar high, now it's this one which probably just revolutionized this TBP cypher game.
+Ned Stark The similarity between the two is also Clyde Strokes who kills this shit in both cypher and has equal influence in the succes of both cyphers
Oh My Goodness That was the best cypher since Yo MTV Raps final show. OCD the shit. Wtf is Denzil & Oswin They had Rivs on his heels. First time I seen Rivs with someone that powerful. That is a super group. I'm very familiar with Rivs, first time seeing the other 2. 💥🔥🔥
+Kwellz Barron The Good King EP and Medicated Consumption EP. Both on Spotify, not sure about other providers. Most songs aren't on the net (youtube and shit). FIRE.
Oswin's 2nd time around was the most impressive to me. Flow and content found a match I've rarely heard in there. But the first time I heard this was in my car, and Denzil's "in Hip-Hop we don't shoot if you put your arms up" line almost made me fucking crash, so real.
Every time I hear Rivers spit it makes me wish all the great, dead rappers had sons who could kill mics like Pun's son. His father's spirit lives through him no doubt. Wouldnt it be great if Big L had a son who spit fire or Biggie's son was better.
damn like....Oswin is so underrated. forreal.....my man was killin the rhythm ,,,,like,...damn dude. OS goes WAY overheads...... respect fam. real ish.
This fucking cypher has everything. I really doubt this will be topped for a while. Hollllllllllyy Listen to this at least twice an hour while I work, while I game, while I break....damn Thanks to the 3 wise men for this display of artistic genius and creativity.
denzil is so fucking underrated that dude should be hitting multi platinum albums making bills he needs to put up some money to start seriously recording there is so much raw talent in him
Oh shit the challenge is on! This was absolutely incredible and all 3 of them killed it without question, the energy, the flow, the metaphors, way too much to mention! Best TBP cypher ever? That Buzz Lightyear bit killed me, couldn't stop laughing.
+MC Fatal You shouldn't refer to Chris Rivers as Big Pun, dudes worked hard to build his own name and he absolutely deserves his own recognition separate from his father.
One of the all time best...just brilliant...Trying to think what other three could do this? Slaughterhouse, Horseshoe Gang, Hopsin click at one point, not very many combinations coming to mind... The prep, performance and perfect execution
Yo everything from 3:00 till the end should be recorded and published as a track, this shit is too fire. I'd love to have like a studio quality version of this, each single verse is insanely good, the beat is just ridicilous. Please make it happen TBP
def coining pharses but oswin god level mc imo.... "know what I'm doing simply stating I'm human; i take a shot of tequila with the same lips i use for communion" i would have gone home at that point, save the rest for the album.
@@adnanrano7112 his second verse is seriously damn fire, I wished he rapped more on beats like this. He's extremely talented but his style mostly bores me, sadly to say. This second verse is most fire ever
dude, that second verse!!! "I told j I'm two cool L's away from a kango/ A whip away from django/ A critics opinion away to losing my ear like a Van Gogh/ A starving artist, Under unemployment, Coining his phrases/ hoping he has enough on pump 87 to make this Van Go" That entrance was too slick, it was like last emperor, cryptic one, pharoahe monche, "the train of thought" kweli and rass kass in one body. Goddamn, talk about fire!!! then when he's done Chris Rivers brings that fire that made Oswin go "uhhhh!: lol #gottalovegoodcyphers #thecelladwellashit
