World of Outlaws NOS Energy Sprint Car Series Feature Event Highlights from Federated Auto Parts Raceway at I-55 in Pevely, Missouri on August 8th, 2020. To view the full race, visit DIRTVision.com.
Everybody there was on there feet screaming when he took the lead with under 10 to go. Unbelievably good, Best race I've been to so far. Larson's Raw Talent and Balls are Unmatched by anyone. Dirt or Pavement
I grew up with sprint car racing and have seen moments like this of sheer domination. Kinser. Wolfgang. Schatz. Lately it Larson. It was no easy race and he EARNED that win. Awesome. Haters will hate but when you own sprint cars best that shows real talent.
The best part about this racing video is the racing itself. I've been going to WoO races for many decades including the Knoxville Nationals. These vids have the added features of The leaderboards, the racing positions scrolling atop the screen. Another Plus is the announcer, Johnny Gibson. He is so excited and obviously loves his work. He's really good at it. What a wonderful medium
Wow wow that’s was the best race I have ever seen .we have some Great talent right now.this is history in the making. I can see the sprint cars replacing the NASCAR Clowns soon.
Cars N Guitars Bret Bunton yes cbs sports had it for about two weeks and the communists stopped it .it will come back when they relish nobody is watching NASCAR anymore.
Lil' Wayne's guitar teacher tell me why cbs stopped showing the world of outlaws and I will answer your question it’s all about politics.prove me wrong?
Pevely is the fastest 1/4 mile track in the world (speed wise)... River Cities lap record is 9.269 sec, but it's not as big a Pevely in circumference... ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-4XH01xy3WPk.html
57 isn’t only is car number. It’s the amount of wins he’s gonna take this season! Hell of a race last night Kyle! I seen it live and you killed it man!
Old timers may argue with me but between Kyle Larson, a incredibly stacked field, Dirt track you tubers such as Gravel, and Covid 19 bring eyes to the sport Sprint Car Racing is HOTTT right now and I’m here for it!
Taylor, no one is paying me to say anything. This is all based on what I’ve observed. I-55 generally “slicks off” from top to bottom. However, the track stayed tacky. The rain delay kept the track fairly gooey... especially through the middle. It’s a condition you don’t see a lot at I-55.
How many of you Larson worshippers even knew he raced NASCAR. Now he is a winner and you all think he is the best race driver ever. Any of you evet hear of A J Foyt sp) Gary Bentenhausen or Larry Dickinson???? Probably not. I r too young.
Man alive, that was spectacular !! If only nascar was this exciting. I was wrong in my opinion about Larson. I gave him credit in the ASCoC against lesser competitors but not any more. He's the real deal. I thought Rico was super fast and if he hadn't lost it in 3and4 he very well could have been on the podium. No matter. I come here and go to these races for one thing: great, exciting racing and I'm never disappointed.
@@lilolme69 I use to live near Houston (Baytown) and followed the ASCS 360 gulf south division religiously. Had the honor of seeing #41 of Jason Johnson win many races. Reutzel and Tankersly were hot up-in-comers at that time. Reutzel finally got some backing. Tankersly still struggles. The Baytown track (Royal Purple Speedway) was as good a track anywhere. It's gone now. Battleground (Highlands) closed. Golden Triangle in Beaumont closed. Willis is still open and Cleveland.
@@easttexan2933 No, Willis is now a housing community. I go to the tracks around DFW (mostly Kennedale) to see my friends but if I was going for the racing, I'd either stay home or go north. I had 30 nights of racing up north planned this year but good ol' Corona changed those plans. We MIGHT head to Eagle for the Saturday portion of the 305 Nationals but I'm not sure yet. This crap has thrown everything way off. Hopefully next year our racing schedule will get straightened out. Wingless at RPM tonight but we all won't be there. Nothing exciting to see. The best we can hope for is an exciting sport compact race :)
@@lilolme69 Saw Jason Johnson win at Kennedale in 12 or 13. Somewhere around there. I did not know Willis closed. Saw the Outlaws there maybe 2-3 years ago. Track was really fast that night. Funny you should mention Eagle. My ex sis in law lives in Waverly and the ex and I had gone there for a visit. Never knew there was a track there and the ASCS 360's were racing that night. Now that's a great race track and facilities.
@@easttexan2933 WoO was one of the last shows Willis had. They ended their season as it should have and during the winter break, the owner sold it. Yeah, I love Eagle. I-80 Speedway just down the road is nice as well but I'm a sucker for the smaller tracks. What area do you live in now?
@@rodlamport1702 I'm in Australia. Melbourne in particular and atm not even allowed to leave our homes 🤬 hopefully I will get to see some races soon 🤞🤞
@@nickwonttell8584 There is no Sprint car racing in Aussie atm, not because of Covid, but it's essentially a Spring / Summer sport, with the racing season running mainly between the beginning of October and end of April.... Check out other videos on RU-vid from tracks like Warnambool in Victoria and Valvoline raceway in Sydney, for good ol Aussie Sprint car racing...
Man sucks he had to junk a car last weekend at Husets and ruin his run he had going but the new chassis has earned its keep i think lol. Good job Larson. Hope to see you back at Husets for the outlaw show
We stayed at the same hotel and they worked on it all morning Saturday since they kinda sucked on Friday. This is what you get when you give them 5 hours to work on it.
@Coke Bottle The first time he saw Eldora he swept the 4 crowns midget sprint and champ car divisions nobody would give him a modified to run or he would have won that also. He won the Morgan cup at Lernerville on a used right rear tire a 20 grand outlaw race. He ran second at the Knoxville nationals and even had the lead for a spit second on the final lap. Oh yeah like 7 years ago as an unheard of he drove from 22 second to second against the outlaws and was all all over the leaders at the Martin memorial, hardly pedestrian.
You should have been there. My wife actually said this is the 1st race she ever got excited about. I mean, she loves going to racing but she has never been exited before. But then again, she wasn't there in 2019 with us.
Michael Vrckoff I was driving home to STL in the rain and I assumed the race was rained out. They must have raced between rain showers. I sure wish I could have been there.
Michael Vrckoff 410 Sprints from Jacksonville, IL USA now. Probably MOWA sanction. It is a regional group from IL, Wisconsin, Missouri and Midwest states. Jacksonville does have a WOO event and sometimes big name drivers show up for the weekly show. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-FPOZxmNGYWo.html
You should have been on the back stretch watching it live! It looked much different than on video. Once I saw Rico wasn't going to lift, about the flagstand you could tell he wasn't going to set the car or lift, I knew it was going to be one of those moments to remember.
It's been better. It rained twice in the evening and they were not able to rework it. It literally started raining again right as the double checkers waved.
I feel that when Kyle Larson gets back into NASCAR, (next year i believe), they all better watch out, the kid is gonna be coming guns blazing on the track. Everyone deserves second chances.
@@nathanh6387 screwed? Eh. Not so much. He was a little too antsy that race. He also stuffed kyle, any other driver would have ended up on their top wing.... ricco just had it handed back to him by a different driver
No room for wimps in Elite level Sprint car racing, so it's go hard or go home...Some fantastic driving skills on display in that race... What a great wee track...!!!
Cars N Guitars Bret Bunton i wouldn’t call it antsy, it’s more just his driving style. him and kyle have been racing together since they first started racing dirt many years ago
Mike I don't know if I would go as far as cherry picking. He is basically doing the same thing Doug Wolfgang had done in1989. Wolfe ended that season with 52 wins and half a million dollars. Not sure what Larsons plan is but seems he is choosing to run show where there is a large pot available.
I understand that. But it hurts the WoO fan base. You go to the race to watch him, then races some where else. It's like going to watch your favorite MLB team but the best player sits out that game.
@@Mike45-47Q He doesn't race full time, with the Outlaws. He obviously has proven he can beat the Outlaws as well. I think he's been running alot of All-star races because of Tony Stewart.....who will probably be his boss in Nascar next year.
@@DoctorElleGrumpy Does it get you hard? I think I'm going to take notice the next time I hear him.... this could be a fun weekend....

WOW KYLE LARSON PAID FOR HIS SPRINT CAR TO GO FASTER THEN EVERYONE ELSE AND ALL THE PUNKS AND NASCAR FANS SAID GOOD THINGS ABOUT HIM. NASCAR DRIVERS BUYING WOO WINS. IM GLAD WE LIVE IN A WORLD WHERE CHINA PUNKS LIKE HIM CAN BE EASILY GOTTEN RID OF.
