i like the fact there are lots of open areas for fighting but it still offers alot of opportunity to sneak around on the really wide flank paths for 1-1 battles, clean up arty etc

Looks like a terrific map, great overview of it, should prove useful when I first end up on it so i don't feel overwhelmed with the possibilities.

I agree 100%. City maps are just for nice fast paced action. Fun for slow heavies and slow mediums aswell.

Well, that spot at 8:00 gave me my first Radley-Walthers in my D. Max :D Loved the game, but we lost since my 9 kills were almost all my entire team made :(

was on it the other day at the base if your in a well armored hev you can back up from the rock shoot over and come back down kinda like turret side scraping

Yes I do. It's also good for U.S. heavies that can effectively hull down in dozens of locations.

There is actually one indestructible building (that looks identical to the rest) on the central/east side; can't remember where though.

Personaly, I love that bridge in 05:58. It's really a beast of a map for every kind of tanks. I would agree with ChaiNspliT, but as Steppes, this one catched my heart from very first look. Fjords has a very fishy change on K/J5, for best I would say. One thing that hurts me most that artys will be nerfed hardly, from which not every of them deserved such change.

Could you do a video about the possible future of WoT, i.e possible new engine for bigger games, more tanks per match, more destructible terrain, like being able to shoot away rock cover bit by bit? Perhaps mission like in War Thunder were its you and some mates vs waves of enemy's ?

@Dutchmodeling You have to use your Main account. The Testserver uses an old copy of your account. So new accounts are useless

QB, I understand if you have graphics turned down when playing, but when showing off the beauty of this map, you should have had all settings maxed. :)

Can we expect a look into the Excelsior? I've been hearing some saying it's "all right" and other saying it's "one of the worst premiums ever" in equal amounts and none saying it's amazing. Would be interested in a thought.

Definitely! You know, I actually love Himmelsdorf in my arty, TD mode is awesome fun. Oneshotted an M103 who thought it was a good idea to roll round the corner with his side showing to my M40/43.. He then actually went and whined on the forums, where I found his topic and trolled him :D Anyway, back to the point, more full city maps will be fun, because IMO HTs aren't actually as effective as they were before, especially at tier 10. Himmelsdorf really brings HTs into their own.

looks like the 'red Team' can fire with Arty in the Cap but the 'green Team' has the big Hill in his line of fire... btw: TOG-Platoon on this Map xD

I agree that it is a very pretty map...But considering that there is so much space for arty to hide, combined with how little cover there is from arty...It's going to just be awful if there's more than one or two arty pieces each...Which when you think of the new arty and how the accuracy isn't actually being nerfed, means that most of the time you're going to knock into one building and boom, no more tank as arty rains in on you

I agree that the map looks great, but I really don't like it. Fast flankers with poor gun depression really suffer imo. It always turns into a camp fest with heavies and TD sitting somewhere hoping others will spot something. The biggest problem for me is all the junk and cliffs everywhere. It's hard to use speed without falling off a cliff, ramming some bush-hidden small rock or a house slowing you down to an easy target for the campers. ;)

Can someone help me? I want to play some games on the 8.6 test server. I downloaded the test server from worldoftanks.eu. Then I made a new account and tried to log in. It said your e-mail/password is wrong, but I checked and it was definetly not. I reinstalled the whole thing and tried again. It said the same thing. Then I made 2 new accounts, but it kept giving the same message. Is there someone who has the same and solved it. Please let me know. I would be very grateful!
