i love Tank Destroyers. the first line i ever got to T5 in was the German TD line. i love my Stug III.

sidgar1 They play completely differently from each other. Stug line generally gets closer to the frontline and helps the Mediums with putting rounds into enemy tanks. The Marder 38T line are more long range and don't like to get spotted at all.

jordino60 Although honestly the Marder 38(t) is an amazing TD, whereas the Flak Bus is garbage on the wrong map or with a poor team (aka no one spotting in front); by contrast the StuG III is capable of fighting close-up but is still a deadly tank. In some ways the gun upgrades on the Flak Bus are penalties for a tier 5 tank; the short 88 has lower pen, and the long 88 has poor reload time and no gun traverse.

but all joking aside, thats a pretty decent achievement. doin that kinda thing though is why i use the KV-2. 910 alpha with HE (the only shell i use with the KV-2) and 86 pen, i just obliterate anything tier 5 or below that gets in my way. even a lot of tier 6s.

The T7 or Mk VIc can pen the lower plate on the back too, or the top...however those are the only spots :P My favorite thing in the T18 was getting 5 kills while immobilized, facing the flank of the road beneath the hill on Himmelsdorf; the T1E6 that immobilized me managed to do no damage, and 5 different tanks managed to drive in front of me while I couldn't turn the hull and didn't seem to care that I had flank shots at close range with a howitzer. Of course, finally my tracks repaired shortly after the 5th kill, and I one-shotted the poor T1E6 that had been shooting continuously for almost a minute.

***** Possible, but it was definitely no longer ingame when the Super Pershing was nerfed in 8.8. So the SP in the video is the pre-nerf one.

***** You are the one who makes unassigned statements, not me. So it is up to you to show me the proof that it was still ingame in 8.8. Furtthermore, I know that it was removed long before 8.8, because I started playing in 8.6 and i never saw this map. If you do not believe me, just ask google or look up the Developers Diary.

I think he was looking at the capture timer and mixing that up with the number of capturers shown...

after IS-6 killed the only 2 tanks (T34 / Tiger P) that can penetrate him, the game is already won. He had a good game but i cant say that it requires lot of skill, the enemies were just too bad.

yea pearl river was an okay map but man the people in the WOT forums hated it so much that I think they thought that it was like an IS 8 VS a M3 lee of the worst match making

There were some nice maps, like Province, very cool, nice for up to Tier 4 or 5 !!

@@megapet777 it is back in game just revamped big time, im sure you will kow which one it is as the team splits in half and enemy cap circles are north and south middle. all the mediums and lights on north spawn rush west to get into the part of town on hill while south spawn lights and meds all rush east to get in top of the little hill perch. north arty camps in ne corner south spawn arty camp sw corner LOL. basically same layout as above map with the T18

WG wants to rebalance low tier tanks soon. But I'm glad that the OP-1S will be unplayable after 9.3.

Don't nerf my T18 :'( its entirely fair to bounce a minute's worth of shots while being able to one-shot tier 3 tanks. Actually the biggest problem is that half of tier 2 (as well as a lot of gun fits) are total garbage, while a few tanks are just amazing. My favorite tier 2's are the T18 and Cruiser III, both notable for ridiculous firepower and good mobility. People also like their machine guns too much; tanks like the Panzer 35(t) or the Cruiser III go from monstrously powerful (even with stock guns) to completely ineffective using the seemingly powerful mg's and autocannons they can mount.

Or you could just shoot at the lower glacius of the T-18, seeing that the armor below the turret is weaker than the top. If he is guarding it, then you'll have to find another way to approach him or take a different route, unless you have a powerful gun like the Cruiser III's.

Davtwan The point is about balance not counter tactics.

Bel Rick This game isn't 100% about balance, then it would just be a bunch of tanks that have different models and the same stats. It's taking a bit of realism from the actual tanks. It's perfectly balanced, in my opinion. You're not supposed to shoot at everything like it's call of duty.
