It’s hilarious I actually think MacBooks are one of the best wow machines. You can play for hours on battery, doesn’t get too hot, and runs a perfect 60. Great experience. And I only have the m1 MacBook Pro 13. This model is even better.
Thinking about buying M1 Pro 16 inch only to work and play WoW (only game I play on PC). Nice vid bc I just wanted to know if I could play with max graph. I was not going to buy a 2700€ machine to play with low graph kekw
Idk guys, it seems a bit low isnt it? So playing on 1440p is a must then. You cant play native rrsolution and raid. 60 fps is not good on a 120hz screen
That's true. Playing on native resolution with maxed graphics settings, the framerate might not be sufficient in situations like raids. However, dropping the settings to recommended, you still get a very high framerate. The resolution does not affect the performance as much as graphic settings.
Indeed, it does get hot. However, no more than any other laptop under max load. What we love about this MacBook Pro M1 is that we see no CPU/GPU throttling, even after long playing sessions. That's because the fans are able to keep temps low enough to not throttle down the M1 chip.
