For me it's a tie between this expansion and WotLK, but the login screen and especially the theme of BC are the best of any WoW login screens. The music just hits differently, the amazing Silvermoon theme mixed in is a nice touch too.
The current generation never will accept the absolute madness introduced in world pvp by flying mounts. And I ain't doing BC Blade Edge Mountains dailies *ever* again. I farmed Outland so much. On my server I was nicknamed "the farmer". Because I was the only madlad that raised both Aldor and Scryers to exalted on a character to get those crafting plans. I can't even think of the number of spiders I farmed on that overlook near Shattrath were they were. Only 6-8 of them spawning, and me farming them for what was it 5 rep each? From Hated to Friendly. Brrrrr. Never Again. I enjoyed replaying Classic but BC ... as great as it was burnt me out. I'll enjoy replaying Wrath though.
I never got past lvl 36 until WotLK but i had more fun with the game back then than ive ever had after reaching max level in any expansion. Almost enough to just play through the Ghostlands one more time as a proper blood knight.
we're going back boys, to our grimey childhood rooms in the summer heat just logging onto the game to have the best days ever just grinding in eversong woods, to the barrens, all the way to our first steps in hellfire peninsula. it won't be the same obviously but it'll certainly be enlightening to delve back into elements of our childhood.
after 12-14 hours of dealing with installation, and blizzard fixing an issue with my 14 day trial which led to them giving me a free 30 day. this is the screen I was met with
I remember not knowing what an expansion was and was wondering why I couldn’t access the blood elves or Dranaie. Also I assumed the elves would be alliance because they were so pretty. Man to be young and naive again.
@@Zoltoks You'd only go there with new characters because of timewalking. The only other reason would be to take cool pictures in certain spots, or to farm mounts.
