Uhm, actually, Jingles. Prince Heinrich A hull indeed has the 88 mm secondary guns, but the B hull, which is obviously being used here, has 105 mm ones instead. Also, 15" can overmatch Seattle, and Black torpedoes are way slower at 43 knots.

To be fair, the secondaries might be better than what they are showing in this game, this was my first game with the ship to try it for fun, so I just put a random commander in it which was not built for secondaries. ;) I got lucky on a couple of those kills but yeah... german dispersion sucks haha

88mm secondaries are on base hull, with upgraded hull secondaries are 105/150mm with German pen.

I love Jingles' hand drawn post battle results screen they are just magnificent.

The USS Black is 43 knots, and the USS Sims is 49 knots. So much like the new German Navy DDs they all sit nicely in 3rd place for the slowest torpedoes.

Tbh I wouldn't be unhappy if you never showed the actual post battle results screen and just drew them up every time. Absolutely love it.

Oh Jingles, please don't ever change. The 88mm secondaries and triple torp launchers are only one the STOCK hull of the Heinrich... on the upgraded hull it gets quad launchers AND the 88's become 105's, which with the German 1/4 pen rate actually work, making the Heinrich an actually proper brawler.

Sigma being the vertical dispersion was a fallacy that you yourself pointed out some time ago. The only value the game shows the player openly (ie, in the port screen rather than the game files) is the maximum dispersion - how far the point of impact can deviate from the point of aim at maximum range. It does not tell us if that's horizontal or vertical dispersion. It doesn't tell us what shape the CEP is; whether it's a horizontal ellipse, vertical ellipse, or something closer to a circle. Sigma is only tangentially related. Dispersion determines how far off the shells are; Sigma determines how tightly they cluster together. Yamato is generally considered to be so accurate for two reasons - she has a low vertical dispersion, meaning the shells are less likely to fall short or sail over the target's deck; and she has a high sigma, meaning the shells tend to cluster together rather than spreading out. German and French battleships have low sigma and are notorious shotguns because of it. That low sigma scatter is what causes things like a shot from a two-gun turret spreading so badly that one shell lands in front of a target while the other shell lands behind. On a cruiser. At 12km.

Sigma isn't vertical dispersion, it's the variability within the dispersion limits based on some loose normal distribution curve. It's an ellipse mostly in the horizontal direction. There are hidden vertical dispersion values, but nobody really talks about them unfortunately. Not sure if I can post links here, but the WoWs wiki is accurate on this to my knowledge
