Good call to let the red team come and get it when you've got the caps under control. A common mistake is to try to win harder - not recognizing when the reds HAVE to go on offense.
TBF the only way for you to throw would've been to charge in and die with your fellow BB's several minutes earlier... and then your then full health Venezia would've had to throw the guaranteed win instead of kiting to win... by the time the solo warrior became active the only way to throw would've been an HE detonation if you didn't have the flag.
I feel like you could have had 16 more ships on your team and if they all had the "hey let's push senselessly but one by one" you still would have gotten solo warrior here.

I really dont understand why kids loves going to the G8-9 area in this map. I dont know what they are trying to achieve with that bonehead positioning. Then again, this is WoWS and majority of the players are smoothbrained monke.
@OldRhino I didn't wrap an American flag around a Russian battleship, but yes, I recognize I was pushing the boundaries of propriety with my comment. That doesn't make it untrue.
