Hey Jingles, thank you very much for the kind words in the beginning and for the amazing commenting. I was not expecting a video that quick. It was a good game indeed.

This match shows just how important a couple of good players working together are swinging a match. From the point T33kan and crew broke the right flank on there were really only 4 players on their team in it, and they were seriously outnumbered. But those 4 were all they needed. T33kan in the Monty, Monky in the Hindenburg, the Roon, and the Shokaku. Combined they got 11/15 ship kills and 50/69 aircraft kills. The CV had less air kills than I expected, but they got their planes in for critical intercepts and pursuits pretty regularly even if they didn't get the kills. What's even more impressive is that the Roon and Shokaku were just some random people who happened to be in the game, saw what was happening, saw what needed to be done, and actually did it with little coordination with their team.

Saw this yesterday but without the commentary....totally missed that it was sent in from a RAIN clan member. That explains a lot of things. The power of good platoonmates can/will win matches. What an awesome game. Nice flamu meme! Congrats to RAIN clan on winning this years KOS tournament in dominating fashion.

Jingles, you have comedic gold here. @16:40 you make the joke about multiple 16" packages in the air. You also have the joke about going full brown alert. Since the Montana is a US ship and the United Parcel Service (UPS) was founded before WWII (in 1907) and should have been around for this particular conflict, you should start using their old slogan from a few years back, "What can brown do for you." It's almost as good as Aquafina's "Full of sp**k" ad slogan way back when.

342k damage using correct rounding. What stood out from that game was the accuracy of his gunnery and the incredible potency of a platoon of well suited ships driven by absolutely top quality players.

I had the most interesting battle yesterday in World of Warships. There was a cyclone, and I was in my Chapayev. Somebody cursed at me, since "cruisers should always focus dds" and I hadn't sink one yet. Less than a minute later I sank a Lo Yang, and now the Lo Yang captain started cursing at me for sinking him. The marvels of online gaming...

Actually, Jingles.... T33kanne comes from the German word Teekanne, (very) roughly pronounced TAY-can-ay. It means 'teapot'. As a Brit, I thought you'd appreciate a teapot. ...Jingles?

I never though id get in to one of you'r videos Jingles, but why of all ships had it to be the one where im plaing my 2nd Kronshtahd -.- Why they went through A i'll never know, 3 of us were telling them C and B and hold but nope. Still good vid +1 I was out of position only because of the damn cyclone, i had 3x perfect broadside of the monty -.- but yeah cyclone makes BB go poof 2 secs before i got a perfect aim. Still was a good game o7 And what i though i was doing going reverse, i stopped wating for the roon, but when i saw i was aimed by 2 well, tried to angle in reverse, what would you do, flank full and show broadside? nope :)

He only capped two points since he and the the Hindenburg sailed out of A before they finished capping it. Also Jingles seemed to think the enemy fighters were friendly at the end as otherwise it would make no sense since all of the allied planes were in the process of being relaunched by the friendly carrier and were in no position to spot the last cruiser.

Well, Teekanne basically means teapot, soooo teacan works, I suppose....

I would point out that T33kane and Monky were under fire while they were in A and thus unable to cap it; the friendly Roon is the one that turned around and took it.

I love it around 19:00, someone was whining about the Des Moines not spotting. Spot for who? It was the last ship afloat on that team. Also since when do cruisers being actively bombarded by battleships take time out to spot targets? Interesting how players who are sunk want everyone to report those still afloat for "playing poorly."

What a Game… Also, the friendly Shokaku was holding fighters over critical areas in the end because he recognized that the enemy DM shouldnt be able to kill anything due to being unspotted, so the fighters were there to cover the only thing that could be a threat: the enemy CV. Had it been a Zao instead of a DM, on the other hand...

I love watching the Destroyers. Yamato is my favorite but the Montana is a close second.

You can't run hydro and defensive AA on the Hindenburg at the same time. That Hindenburg had defensive AA, which is why the enemy carrier drop was scattered. He didn't have hydro, that was proximity spotting of those torpedoes. Gearing torps have a 1.4 km detection range.

That Flamu-facepalm, though.

11:45 - First Officer: - Torpedo bombers incoming! Standing by for orders! Captain: - tell the AA gunners to focus on the middle plain only .... and fetch me a burger from the canteen. RNG: - well, .... allright!

@Jingles Could you make a "play-by-play analysis"/"strategic analysis" of these KotS finals games (and the others) to point out HOW TO PLAY AS A TEAM? There is a lot of "cause and effect" stuff in these games, but since it is professionals playing it will also show how "team decisions" can influence the outcome. The games are an absolute MUST WATCH for everyone!

How in lords name are these guys so good with accuracy at long range? He's firing half way across the map and not missing a shell. Maybe it's because the BB's are slow or he just has some skill i don't. Just got the Phoenix and can't seem to hit a thing
