I find it amusing that in the final boss last phase, you as Samus decide to fight like the boss. "I don't care what attacks you're throwing at me, in going to stay put and keep shooting.
Dread has a number of sequence breaks that can be done without requiring the use of any glitches. Some of them are clearly developer-intended (example, Early Bombs allows you to open a morph ball launcher in Kraid's room that lets you basically skip Kraid's second phase. If the developers did not intend for Early Bombs to be possible, they wouldn't have had any reason to add that Morph Ball Launcher)
