Y'all are definitely living the good life. Good for you both. And from a guy's perspective, Andy has really got it made. The fella won the lottery Imo 😆 The area you are fishing in looks perfect. It's so scenic, even if you don't catch anything it's still an enjoyable day. That's actually my favorite part of fishing nowadays, the view. I mainly fish small streams, rivers etc for bream and other panfish. My favorite to catch are the little pumpkinseed on an ultralight. Feisty and an extremely beautiful fish.

It's true nature is the best grocery store it makes you appreciate your food. Also I have never seen a double sided colored flounder that's crazy and lucky of you to catch that 👍🏻

You're good...... The doctor told me that fish are bleeders ... If they get a blood vein punctured they bleed out.... And you're not allowed to keep them even if they look like they're going to die....(I'm talking weight size species regulations) example.... On the west coast you're not allowed to keep a native coho salmon.... You're only allowed to keep hatchery coho with the adipose finn removed... So this one guy caught 15 salmon and all of them had their adipose Finn..... He had to release every one.... Seven of them were bleeding heavily.... They still will not let you keep them... I like how Heidi decided to stop fishing for flounder because they were aggressively eating the lure..... And it's hard on the fish to remove the lure .... So she decided to go fish for another kind of fish or move somewhere else.
