I would love to, but that's a lot of work. However, the principle is quite simple, but with a lot of custom made metal and carbon fiber parts. The system is based on the same roller and rail as most 3D printers, only scaled up to get 1.5 m travel range. The propulsion is provided by an air rifle spring and a push rod, and the braking by a spring and buffer assembly. At each end of travel there is an catch trigger and a corresponding sear on the slider, both hardened.
