It was cut out of this video but he explained how different Latinos talk and he said that Cubans sound serious. He said it like “hey bro where you going?” “Al baño, coño carajo, why you wanna know?”
I'm not Cuban but i onow the yell when they. so do Mexicans. believe me, I know. i Mexican and you should hear us talk. especially my mom. You could hear my mom talking from down the street. i had friends who'd meet my mom for the first time thought she was mad when they'd hear her talk. Even Dominicans tend to yell. i had a dominican coworker and she did a lot of yelling.
The first time I had Cubin coffee I asked for cream and sugar ... they looked at me like I was from another planet 🤣🤣 It came in a little Dixie cup 🤣 I didn't sleep for 2 days 🤣
The coffee he is talking about is strong. We make that stuff every now and then. We make the other Cuban coffee (Cafe con Leche) every day at home. My mother being Cuban can't start her day with out it.
Lmao my family is weird af, whenever we have company, café is made within the first steps through the door (honestly can’t complain). As children tho we are trained with café con leche👌
My dad is cuban. It´s Cuban coffee but with a ton of sugar and stirred really hard to form a sort of cream on top like the cream that an espresso would have but the sugar creates the cream.
Pretty sure given the amount of caffeine he just got; it should have been vaya a Dios, instead of con Dios - waiter was sure he dead. XD (vaya con dios = go with God; vaya a Dios = go to God).
@@libertariancapitalist Most Latin-American people do not appreciate being called that. Spanish has no pronunciation of x, so they say latine for a gender neutral term.
My friend married a Cuban girl from South Florida, and she moved here in CA. She made us Cuban coffee. Now, I'm not a huge coffee fan, but let me tell, no other way will do now! Love it, and I'm glad she brought part of that culture with her to central Cali 😀
Is it the same as strong espresso? I had a small shot glass in a Portuguese restaurant. I didn't know why it was so small, I made jokes about it and while all the people were looking at me, I drank it all. I immediately started throwing packs of sugar in my mouth while the senior crowd laughed at me. Is that what cuban coffee is? Thanks
@@MrBikedrummer yes, I think that Would be a great comparison. Super concentrated, like esspreso. I have get to try it straight black though, I honestly think of prefer it with out sugar👍
@@BlueSparks25 It was very, very strong. I noticed that most people drank it black, without sugar. I'm sad to say, but I'm not man enough to handle it. I can tell it's high quality. It just let me know I'm in the minor league. Thanks
It's just expresso grind but it's made under high pressure and very hot water, you can use a rudimentary tool like a cafetera, and what you get is what I call hot Cuban mud. You have to add milk (ideally evaporated milk) and sugar to get it really good, you only serve it black for old Cuban guys with chest hairs like Velcro, and una tacita for San Lazaro. I personally don't drink it black, it's like suicide.
Ok 6 weeks later....when his heart started beating regular after that 16oz Cuban Coffee..I bet he lost 20lbs..cuban coffee is liquid crack..been there done that had the arrhythmia
The first time I had Cuban coffee, a friend of my mom's served it to me. I was 15. I was charmed by the size of the cup. And then I tried it... I didn't sleep until next morning. Hahahaha
Glad I discovered Gabriel today xDDD lol. As a chilean who also speaks english I can fully understand every bit of every joke Gabriel makes. Nothing like having the best of both worlds. This guy had me dying from the first joke! xDDDDD
I never get tired of watching this guy . He has the comedic gift of what ever comes out of his mouth or just a look can send a person into hysterical laughter. On a side note , espresso has a stronger taste than regular coffee but actually has less caffeine . Sorry , i just had to throw that bit of trivia into the mix.
Maybe American expresso. LOL. Cuban coffee, actual Cuban coffee, is very concentrated. I'm from a Cuban family so I know. Every time I go to family's homes or get togethers, Cuban coffee is the drink.
Raynor ?? Cubans too Platano = banana Platano = plantain It changes when you prepare it a certain way We distinguish them by variety type not the generic name. So there's pinto and theres macho and burro and many more So if you fry green plantains thigh cut then smash it then fry it again they're called tostones If you get a sweet one but not the bananas but the ripe version of the green plantain and you fry it or bake it you got Maduros (they MUST be very very ripe, the peel should be borderline black for ultimate sweetness as long as it doesn't have mold) If you get the green plantains and cut them pretty thin and fry them you get Chicharritas/Mariquitas Weird I know
I went on an a trip to Miami back in the day with a friend... we had a fight so I was 'stuck' with her Cuban friend. We had crazy coffee all hours of the day. Ditched that friend and gained an awesome group of Cuban friends. 😂 ❤️
The first time I ever ordered Cuban coffee they gave me five little cups....I figured out why the next day...viva Miami y viva todos los latinos...ustedes son los mejores del mundo...mis amigos por siempre y siempre...I'm still learning...
I've got espresso in the freezer right now from Miami, FL that I'm pretty damn sure is of Cuban decent because of how strong it is. I love it! The stronger the better.
He said Manolo allá afuera hay un gordo que dice que quiere un cafesote que problema blah blah. Monolo out there is a fat man that says he wants a huge coffee what a problem...
Gabe is such a natural comedian and I really enjoy his material. Loved the Desi clip and in the great movie Mask with Jim Carey they show that exact dance he does to hypnotize the cops. I never realized they got it from this Desi Clip.
Un cafecito (a little coffee) is kinda sorta like your Expresso . Perhaps a bit more concentrated.... Once I made the mistake of ordering an Expresso.. Never again.... Concentrated coffees are pure poison Veneno puro..
Had gone to my Cuban friends house to hang out & talk to his parents. Their hospitality was impeccable. Offered a coffee espresso, small cup etc, but the best I had in a while. Thanks Mr 😇& Mrs B.🇨🇺☕ strong and put hair back on a bald head.🙆♂️
That sounds like the "Turkish Expresso" I bought while stationed in Kuwait. It will make you "see through Walls"!! It also came Boiling hot in a small stainless cup!
Am I the only one who is gona comment this I’m surprised no one at all asked this yet, what was Gabriel saying when he was imitating servers voice the Spanish was so fast when he imitated that server walked back to kitchen talking to cooks in back in Spanish he said it too fast inaudible to me all I head was the end un problema aya which I know means we have a problem over here
"Manolo allá afuera hay un gordo que dice que quiere un cafesote que problema..." Basically telling Manolo that some big dude out there says he wants a big coffee and it's a problem.
MyBackYardParrots bro, there is no such thing as a Cuban dialect, is still Spanish, we use the same words and grammar, but the pronunciation and the speed is different 😀
I'm a Cuban halfbreed and found what Gabriel said to be hysterical. I showed it to my Cuban mother who actually enjoyed it. So I showed it to some of my Cuban relatives. Many of whom live in Miami!
Lived in south Florida my whole life once had a job at a car wash and my manager would bring everybody that coffee in Ketchup cups, Its basically rocket fuel.
We have an Older Cuban couple that lives next door to us, I love to go over when Don Alfredo, invites me for un Cafecito Cubano!!! My wife sometimes hates me!.... She says lm abusing their hospitality!!!! I TELL HER... To mind her our business!!! When I'm eating Lechoncito, Ropa Vieja, Tostones y yucca, sipping on Havana Club and smoking my Romeo y Julieta.....🤣 (My wife😡)
Me and a customer (I work retail) we’re talking coffee earlier, and I mentioned this video, and now I see it on my yt, I haven’t seen your vids on my suggested In a while
Cubans drink coffee like we Mexicans eat hot sauce. Nothing makes sense 😖🤣... I think we're all trying to commit suicide. Funny. Hey, by the way. Pray for Kobe's Family. They must being going through a hard time.
Totally not sarcasm, I LOVE the Desi Arnaz clip at the end. 😍 Not expecting that after a Gabriel Iglesias vid, but I love Desi's music and that was an awesome addition.
Jajajajajaja ja as a Colombian I am dying what ching this... Yes, we have the best godamm coffee in the world. And there are some that are putted in big and small cups... If you take a cafesito is because the taste is very strong... Hahahahaha
