Agreed. I weigh nearly 110kg and have decent numbers in the gym (and cardio as a result from spin classes) but lose 99% of the rolls I have at the MMA gym I started at last June. Parkour coach here. I have a tip to reduce the amount of impact your knees take while moving up and down stairs (and walking in general, actually, but that's more advanced). Basically, the idea is to not use your heel. Try to keep your heel in the air as much as possible. This will reduce the impact but it'll activate more of your leg muscles. So your muscles will hurt faster but, after resting, the damage to your knees will be MINIMAL!

It’s very impressive that even with eddie’s strength Tom can hold him down really easily and escape him pretty easily!

You can see just how advanced the pro fighters are! Eddy is no joke when it comes to strength, mass and work ethic but Tom just moves with ease. Great vid 👍👊

I'm surprised how workmanship the gym that they are training in is. No frills, no fancy lighting, or sterile gym areas, just hard work and sweat. Love it.
