Not always for family and friends, some poor soldiers don’t know about anything, just fighting for no reasons because they were told to fight

It seems to me that we humans are very stupid species. Just about 80 years ago mankind suffered the most terrifying war in all the history. And we have learned absolutely nothing from this bloody lesson.

Let it be Current leaders or leaders and dictators of the past. They didn't care about the lives of soldiers and how war affects normal people's lives. Women are seen as objects the same way men are just seen as pawns to sacrifice nothing else. Billions of people like you and me realise that we Humans need to end the concept of war or else war will end us but these leaders are so hungry for power they don't care about the consequences of war.

The USSR contributed a lot even tho they were part of the Axis power at some point if it wasn’t for the USSR Germany would have taken a bit longer to invade and Japan wouldn’t have accepted the unconditional surrender.(Japan didn’t care if they got nuke twice the USSR declared war on Japan after they were done with Germany which made them back down now knowing the Allie’s have have them surrounded)The USSR lost lots of soldiers and conscripts and people would say “yeah cuz they didn’t have basic tactics” which is true to some extent but I hate it when they use it to discredit them ,and also thank you for not discrediting them and not just giving it to the US.
