Transfer of wealth usually occur during market crash, so the more stocks drop, the more I buy, in the meanwhile I'm just focused on making better investments and earning more as recession fear increases, apparently there are strategies to 3x gains in this present market cos I read of someone that pulled a profit of $350k within 6months, and it would really help if you could make a video covering these strategies.

Understanding personal finances and investing will most likely lead to greater financial independence. By being knowledgeable about money and investing, individuals can make informed decisions about how to save, spend, and invest their money or you could hire a financial expert.

Yeah, financial advisors could make a lot of difference, particularly in a market such as this. Stocks are pretty unstable at the moment, but if you do the right math, you should be just fine. Bloomberg and other finance media have been recording cases of folks gaining over 250k just in a matter of weeks/couple months, so I think there are a lot of wealth transfer in this downtime if you know where to look. I have been using an FA since 2020, and I return at least $30k ROI, and this does not include capital gain.

It's hard to predict the future until we see this month’s inflation results. However, historical data consistently show that stocks tend to outperform bonds in the long term. Therefore, I'm staying in the market and focusing on selecting high-quality stocks. The challenge lies in identifying these stocks.

I recommend diversifying your investments by considering stocks alongside real estate. During a recession, there are potential buying opportunities in the stock market if approached cautiously. Additionally, market volatility can offer short-term buying and selling opportunities. However, please note that this is not financial advice. It's important to be proactive in investing as cash may not be the most advantageous option during these times.

Since Biden took office, there seem to have been more unfavorable results in America. These results include effects on the markets, such as price declines and sharp increases in inflation, as well as bank failures. I wonder if the sudden increase in interest rates will help value investors or if it would be wiser to stay away from the stock and financial markets for the time being.

There seems to be more negative portfolios this 3rd half of 2023 with markets tumbling, soaring inflation, and banks going out of business. The rising interest rate can surely control inflation, but won't prevent erosion of the eroding purchasing power of the US dollar. I have learnt my lesson this time. The banks can't be making money off my money, while inflation eats into it. Sure, investing in the market-even if it's simply the S&P 500-can indeed keep up with inflation as stock growth always outpaces inflationary growth. If you lack the guts, however, you may always invest through a financial counselor, who can secure your money from losses and offer an even higher return on investment.

Keeping money in the bank is like paying banks and the Govemment. Here's how it works: The bank gives out your money as loan, and charge interest obviously higher than inflation rate, and then give you, the depositor, interest lower than inflation rate. That means net loss for you. That is why I prefer to invest, and on average, my advisor makes returns that always beats inflation!

High interest rates theoretically prevent money from outgrowing actual wealth.

@@TheBabim11When there’s more people with money who want to buy things than there are things to buy, the price of the things go up. High interest rates stop people from borrowing money to spend on things, and so the things don’t go up in price. This is why when the central bank (federal reserve) added 40% more money to the economy, and made interest rates low so people can borrow lots of money, the price of things went way up, which is called inflation. That’s the most simple explanation I can muster. The government will tell you they didn’t cause inflation, but inflation is almost always caused by the government’s mismanagement of the financial system, so don’t listen to the lying politicians.

I disagree - Powell shouldn't have printed all the money(knowing what will happen to the economy). We shouldn't give him credit for holding the rates high. He and his team has caused the problem in US currently. Please give credit to the people who are grinding through this phase.
@whateverhappened2

I agree that Powell should not have printed all that money. However, if we lower interest rates, it will cause a significant amount of liquidity to appear in the market, thereby lowering the value of the currency even further period. This would, in turn, cause foreign exporters to lower their currency values. We could cause further instability all around the world.

With 33T in debt, there isn’t a way out aside from drastic change (which would prevent th e rich from getting way richer, and therefore won’t happen because they own our country).
