40 million US Dollars? Oh hell no, I would spend a few million dollars and buy a nice house in San Diego USA and yes the rest to live like a king eating out every night on the beach enjoying a much more beautiful view.
If I had unlimited amounts of money, and this guy showed me the place, I'd feel embarrassed for him. He's stuck showing this designer nightmare of an apartment.
I like the industrial style staircase and the terrace, but that's it. If someone gave this apartment to me, I would take it of course but then sell it and buy another one.
