WORST Cyclists in Tour de France 2022 

Just a point of fact. Jonas Vingegaard was never a fisherman. His DS/trainer on his semi pro team got him a job as a fish packer at the harbor, so he could support himself as well as get rutine and structure.

I think it’s not really showing respect. I’d probably change the title to guys who under performed in the Tour de France based on what was expected. Mainly because as you said none of us watching are good enough because you know if we were we’d probably be there I’m guessing. 🤷🏽‍♀️

I agree but wonder if he would have dropped out if he was in yellow? Still waiting on him to get going in the Tour of Spain. Go JUmbo

Yeah but he was contending for winning and he couldn't be on the top, even before the crash, Vingegaard was so much "in form"

@@cyclinghighlights he was only a few seconds behind from the ITT and was in a group ahead of vingegard on the cobbles before that freak crash - I suspect he wasn’t as strong as jonas but we will never know for sure

He's had several crashes in the last 2 tours, maybe 3.

And u can debate, whether 1 or more of them was his fault directly or by not sitting the right place in the peloton etc. But u cant debate this crash, as it was on live tv, and it very obviously was NOT his fault, that the tv moto right in front hit the haybale and sent it into the road right in front of him. Im just hoping, the reporting on 2 broken vertebae arent correct, and he'll be able to return for the Vuelta. Coz I do think, hes much more a Vuelta rider than a Tour rider. The Vuelta just seems to fit him perfectly.

@@samuelpino9877 You'll see he will never have a podium in a grand tour with great competition. 5th is not good enough imo for him I mean. Not if you can win Pro tour courses like tour off the Basque country, he should focus on that. He can win a Paris-Nice, Tour de Suisse basically everything that's 7-8 days. But not a Grand tour. EDIT: He's a great rider and I know 5th is good yes, but he better peaks for stage races to win that's what I basically mean. Especially because he's allready showing it to us that he can win these races.

I agree with you, this guy should show more respect about these riders. All of this just to get a few views, absolutely disgusting.

He was not one of worst... he atleast got some results - 6th, 4th, 5th, 4th, 5th - much better than many other sprinters and it is very good considering it was not even certain that he would get to the TDF at all after his big health problems which he had during the spring.

he would be better if cycling was more "clean"... In last 3 years cycling is very fast - 2022 and 2021 TDF was 1st and 3rd fastest TDF in history...

@@MarshallGA12 Mas isn't a had rider far from it. But yeah maybe he should take some "vitamines" extra too. Because it's ridiculous. Maybe in LA Vuelta this year. And I hope he attacks then and proves everyone wrong including me. Also finally someone that knows cycling is not clean at all.

@@markpetelinc4096 just look at the way the team performed on the climbs. Its not possible unless theres doping going on. Have you ever ridden a bike day in day out , you cant perform like they do without external influence and i dont mean a god 🙂
