Ah Ellis its alright. Pancakes are usually dense. With the flexibility of pancakes you can adjust the recipe and lighten them up quite nicely. Of course I wont get into it as I've watched enough vids :P
The comment at 4:15 "waffles are pancakes with and", I'll defend Ellis on this cause true that it's the same batter but cooking method can change it a lot. Waffles come out much more like standard deep fried crunchiness. But also drier which is why I don't like them but love pancakes. Cooking suggestion: save the bacon grease from when you cook bacon and use that to grease the pan instead of butter (or Pam or Crisco or whatever you use), and instead of flipping after all the bubbles have popped, use slightly higher heat and flip when they've only just mostly formed. (Or sooner if it's starting to blacken, turn down heat on next one) Also, make sure you use ample butter, not just maple syrup if that's what you did. Mmm butter. Also it can have sweet and still be savory, if you have proper pancakes with syrup and sausage you'll get it.
Fromsoft games arnt really catered for multiplayey beyond the invasion mechanic. Been that way since dark souls 1. The multiplayer in actual practice is not as bad as it sounds at all tho. It would be a better series for when it can only be 2 or 3 of you together cause you will have to fight all the bosses for each person and i think there is a limit to summons of 2 or 3 to your world. That said, the bosses are designed for a single person to beat. They only get easier in co-op.
4 min in and Elis you are dead ass wrong about crepes. Fruit and creme is incredibly freaking common, to say nothing of savory versions with ham and cheese
