If u study the history of Islam, you will know during the time when Arabs were burying new born girls and discrimating between genders, it was Muhammad who stood against it and made equal laws. You have to study before making judgement. You can still see in Indian cinema and real life villages in India where they think women or girls are a big burden on them.
