Always, always buy the dupe (shoot or dupe of the dupe) because it's always better to know if you truly like the style or not, if it works with with at least 5 things and you have ample time to return if you're uncomfortable. It's better to affordably test run than expensively fail. Sometimes I'll get tired of something, find the item to gimmicky or hard to justify cost per wear.

That’s my thing with dupes, if the quality is there I will buy it. If the quality isn’t there I’m not wasting my time because I don’t want to look cheap. Not bashing on people who can’t afford things just wanted to state that not everything is worth your money including being trendy. Things that last and made of quality never go out of style.
I actually duped the sandals without knowing they’re fendi dupes!! Saw em at H&M and literally refused to leave the store without em!! They’re my go to sandals these days!!
It depends on my personal style and how long I think I would wear it… I wore my chanel quilted dad sandals forever. Still wear them to this day… probably should have just got the chanel ones
