Thanks, it's kind of a pain in the @ss (not your fault) but it works. I had just spend 20 minutes programming it with CHIRP but then couldn't figure out how to navigate through the saved stations. Cheers!!
While the FM broadcast radio is active (by pressing the side PF2 button), simply just press the pound (#) key and you can change the FM broadcast freq. You can also scan, save the FM broadcast freq, etc, after pressing the pound (#) key. Yeah, this video is very bad because it crops off the bottom keys and can’t see # being pressed. There are 20 slots/channels that FM broadcast freqs can be saved to. They are separate from the regular channels.
FM mutes when a transmission comes through on the other frequencie(s) you are monitoring (FM is lowest priority). If all you're picking up on the frequencie(s) you're monitoring is static, try turning up the squelch until you no longer hear the static, as even the static on the frequencies you're monitoring on will trigger it to mute the FM.
U keep switching buttons can't keep up on witch ones u use exp. Fist u u go to no.9 then lock key then bac to 9 what ???? Do better next time on explaining tks..😢
