YES!...... This is ALX own engine..... being tested here in the UK bu my mate John!... its sitting in his well sorted HPI Baja... a car that has been setup and perfected over the years to handle this kind of crazy engine. Its early days with this setup.... changes will be forthcoming from ALX i have no doubt to sort a few small issues re the mounting and setup of this MAD engine!
It was great to be able to catch this on film for you all! ;) Enjoy

Absolutely beautiful. Taylor engines have single handedly spawned a revolution in 2-strokes. The passion, the pure pursuit of perfection comes through with a crispy crackly high screaming wail. Kudos gentleman.

Im in the middle of building my baja 5b with a alx71 and I was wondering since you guys run alot what is the tallest gearing you can run and still pull wheelies and go fast without sounding like it's over reving? Any help will be appreciated I got it all figured out but what gearing I should run. Any suggestions?

I'm kind of curious. I see what and know what you're saying. But every gas car that I have seen, is just horrible it revs way too high for the speed that it's currently doing, and the Rev noise is just unbearable to me. But I would like to see aside from what I just got done seeing on this video is someone make an 8RC car that's gas powered and completely quiet.
