I think he doesn't trust himself. What he said on Rogan stuck with me--if he works out and thinks he's special, he'll lose everything if his ego takes over. Maybe when he's made more peace with himself, he'll hopefully start training other people.

99% of boxers who attempt to replicate his style will lose many times. It requires natural speed and explosiveness, which is a ridiculously rare combination only generational fighters like Tyson and Pacquiao have. I don't think we'll ever see anyone that uses it like Mike Tyson in this lifetime.

Mike was soaked in the knowledge/wisdom of Cus & Rooney since he was a child.. at 13 years old.. plus add on top of that the films he studied & his homework from Dampsy all the way to Ali.. plus his 30+ years of fighting experiences.. now you have something else.. something non of the people above had.. a new rare mixture that no one has in this day & age

@Ricky Bobby Ngannou is NOT the same fighter now. He was very green and still so dangerous even managing to rock stipe with a grazing punch. stipe felt his power so much he resorted to panic wrestling because he knew every second on the feet was a moment he could get caught. he couldn't finish Ngannou either. Imagine what Ngannou can do to him now that his takedown defense is vastly improved and his striking is more refined.

@Kingz Reign Supreme He isn't the greatest period and saying period at the end of something doesn't make it so. Mile was the youngest champ ever for a reason. Ali was Mike's hero growing up. However imo, a young Mike would have destroyed Ali in his prime. Saying all that no Ali, then there is no Tyson either due to him coming first. Ali was a great and top 3 of all time, but the greatest, I think Mike was.
