This boss isn't hard but we need to be a healer with a specific good gear.
If your healer can do a damage - it's cool. I used 1 damage-trink and 1 tank's trink to do it more safely.
Just use a burst of heal at a phase one to The boss, ignore adds. Then boss will join your party at a bottom - just use your bursts to destroy first shield of a boss and start tunneling them.
Then he will cast his shield again - we need to use our ultimate saves or trinks to survive this cast, multiple times. I used cocoon, magic-absorb and a tank's trinket for it.
Just repeat it second time.
Just kill him slowly and you will win.
