This is a promo for "Robot Man and Friends," which was, I guess, a short animated film that would have fit into an hour-long time slot on the WPIX (channel 11 in the New York City area) afternoon cartoon schedule. Other than that, I can't say I remember Robot Man, Stella or Oops. Maybe it was meant as a pilot episode, but didn't take off. This was recorded in 1985, promoting an April 9th airing. (The ad ran during "Tom & Jerry," so I left in the station's fireworks bumpers, used for years with their kids' programming.)
