InoshiKenshi Flying was never an issue for me. The problem with WoW from my perspective, is that the playerbase influencing Blizzard's decisions are the same people who care more about flying than meaningful character progression.
Even though he's a true bastard, I like Arthas as a character. His obsession with wanting to protect his people being turned against him was tragic, as were the events leading up to it, like how he began to lose hope after so many had become undead in Lordaeron, and how he felt Uther, his father, and even Jaina had abandoned him. He had so much potential, he could've been a better king than Varian Wrynn, 'tis a shame
I'm sorry for doing this but this story, for some odd reason, is the dearest of all fiction stories ever made to me. He didn't feel like his farther, King Llane, abandoned him. He knew his farther would not approve the purge of stratholme, the trip to northrend or arthas taking his army with him. It is true though that uther and Jaina dissaproved. There is so much depth to the whole story of how it all was planned by Ner'Zhul, how Arthas was ment to be driven mad. Oh man, just thinking about it tears me up. Such a dramatic and wonderful written story.

I'm not a WoW fan, but I have to admit, this soundtrack is just crazy epic shit. Gave the expansion a try on a friends account and even through I did not stayed for long, it was fun to play.
Arthas story and its song is epic, tragic and emotional,after reading his novel Arthas rise of the Lich King,i think he is probably the best written lore character ever made in Wow.
0:40 - 1:12 is some of the most atmostpheric, chilling pieces of music I've ever heard. Blizz probably spent more money on that trailer and music than most studios do on a movie, because it is EPIC.

Wotlk was by far my favorite xpack, it was the one that got me playing WoW. Had the best music, coolest raids, etc. Had the best cinematic as well. Overall just badass.
this makes me want to get his armor and frostmourne to get on a snowy mountain and build a frozen throne and live there for awhile that would be sweet.
Nabil EL Mokaddam i don't know why people dislike cata so much over panda. I really can't stand mop. It destroyed everything. Atmosphere of what world was just got disbanded. Cata was a lot better than mop. People just got sick of it after so long time being on the market without anything new. Though WoD looks really promissing
Amazing soundtrack, shows really much how Arthas was turned from good to evil, and how sadly everything went: the culling of stratholme, the destruction of Lordaeron, Dalaran, Quel'thalas and the Sunwell, and the death of Uther the Lightbringer, Muradin Bronzebeard, Antonidas Sunstrider and Terenas Menethil II.
its a boy, only a boy could produce such a pure soprano tone like that. Most operas for years were sung by children. Most soprano women are jelouse that they cant sing like that. lol. I love this song. Its so beautiful. Haunting, Sad, Then so full of Purpose at the end. Just like Arthas. With Teneris talking over it I think on what he says and how Arthas has used his words, although not in the way his father intended. Kudos to the Poster of this song. TY So much.
Arthas is a perfect example of how to do a fantasy villain right. He's a character that you can sympathise with. Every action he took was for the sake of his people, even when he chose to become the Lich King. But there's also that tragic element to his character, which is embodied perfectly in this music. He is now the king of a dead land and a dead people. All that sacrifice for nothing. I say there have been few fantasy antagonists that have matched to that example.
Listening to this on a pair of headsets outside at minus six degrees in the howling winter winds kinda makes you want to grab a butterknife and shout "Frostmourne hungers!"
