This was an extremely fun spot that I did on my friend Joe. The video is profiling him, touching on his experience with the sport of wrestling/grappling, and some other thoughts and feelings on how it has changed him.
Dedicating your self to a sport can do so many positive things for you and as someone who trains mixed martial arts my self, I was beyond excited to create this spot.
