@@ehs1452 you clearly don’t know a jobber when you see one. Balor belongs in AEW with all the other WWE rejects who couldn’t get over. He has 0 charisma and move set is not unique at all. Honestly you’d watch this guy everytime he’s on screen?
Shayna lost so much of her presence and momentum after losing to Becky it's easy to forget how much she even had to begin with. One of the biggest career altering single decisions they've made over the last decade or so
@@Hunterese123so, Bianca should lose her undefeated streak at her 3rd wrestlemania? Not a 5 or 6+ which would be astounding but no, let’s do what people complained about Asuka’s reign to the main roster to Bianca’s. Night of champions was the perfect place for Bianca to lose her title and it was their better match.
Well at that time Vince was involved a little bit That’s why the next night the raw after Wrestlemania was ass cheeks because Vince rewrote the script like 4 times so I can see that but Vince was a little bit in control and still had influence
It was 50/50 booking & it was the right call since Styles pinned him the following night anyway to put him up 3-2 All Jericho was doing during that time is losing big matches over & over again they needed to keep his credibility for Ambrose since he was being groomed for a World Title run after the Jericho program
@@vampirascoffin870He was put in 2 consecutive PPVs against Roman Reigns & still looked strong in defeat do u expect him to win the World Title right off the bat?
Edge didn't need to win that match with Finn. Firstly, the demon should always be protected. Secondly, Edge and Beth got their revenge at the previous PLE against the Judgment Day.
Then he should’ve lost to edge at extreme rules, if edge would’ve won the Finn winning would’ve basically been confirmed, there is no way that Finn would’ve won 2 matches straight against edge.
*My list…* - Triple H beating Sting (this still infuriates me to this day) - Roman Reigns beating Cody Rhodes (I will die on this hill that Cody should’ve won) - Brock Lesnar beating Undertaker - Triple H beating Booker T - Charlotte Flair beating Asuka - Chris Jericho beating AJ Styles
Cody should not have won against Roman. Instant gratification is the worst. The Avengers lost against Thanos at first in Infinity War and get to win in Endgame. The loss didn't hurt Cody at all, you can argue he got more over. Literally his that was his father Dusty's thing, he would chase the title more than hold it. It helped him be more over. If Cody won at 39, fans would have been tired of him and turned on him by now. Wrestling fans are so impatient.
People when John Cena defeated Bray Wyatt at WM 30: He buried him. People when The Undertaker defeated Bray Wyatt at WM 31: Yesssss! Taker's a legend. He's the goat. He deserves everything.
Its undertaker bro 😂. Unless you're at the top of the mountain like brock and Roman reigns you have no business beating taker at mania pre streak or after streak. Cry me a river
@@gamingwithali9579 The streak>Cenas career. Cena has lost multiple wrestlemanias. Taker only one, and he lost the streak just the year prior. You wanna Bury taker's legacy to protect a midcarder? Use logic Cena would be fine losing that match, taker not very much
@@gamingwithali9579 Since you are saying Cena>>taker, shouldn't Cena then have lost that mania match? Why should taker do it then and sacrifice 20+years of legacy for a midcarder? Cena losing would have built Bray up more as you say Cena is the goat.
Roman vs Lesnar at 34 Don't give a shit how unpopular Roman was back then. That sleep-inducing reign had no business continuing for another four months.
That match was boring but actually the moment the fans cheered a bit was when Lesnar won. Because we were all believing that Roman was winning and this unpredictability was kinda fun.
@@zaynrivers7433 lol what's difference that makes Nakamura would've lose anyway in that match too and who knows Lesnar might squash Nakamura in 3 or 4min or dominant him in entire match which damage his character much more than his match against aj styles also it makes no sense for Nakamura to challenge lesnar over styles
Wrestlemania 25 needs to be here. Not only should the main event have been a No holds barred match, but Randy Orton should’ve won. A crowning moment, for the next top Heel of your company. Edit: Thank you!
I can't say that I disagree with you about anything today, Santi. Even as someone who didn't like Bray Wyatt AT ALL; I can admit that he was a victim of a lot of bad booking.
I don't mind Lesnar winning it just disappointed greatly. The storytelling could've taken us there, where it took something monstrous to keep Ambrose down. But nah it was done in 12 minutes
In hindsight, this match didn't really make sense...they was building Wyatt vs Lesnar for Wrestlemania at the Royal Rumble, but then all sudden they went this route. Lesnar was a face vs Wyatt and the fans had wanted to cheer him but then they threw him with Ambrose(another red hot face at the time) and made Lesnar heel again out of nowhere.
Honestly brock Winning makes sense but Ambrose worked for it more and he was like the most over person with the crowd at the time it would have been better to make Ambrose not go down for a while putting on a amazing match until brock finally puts him away
This should’ve been in the video, definitely! I was so hyped for the match and then the match and ending was just awful. It should’ve been shinsuke to win the championship :(
@@stillwaiting6037Which was because of who they booked him after the rumble. Which was a dumb move. He should’ve won and should’ve been booked better after he won the rumble.
At the time, the Asuka-Charlotte situation was similar to the Rhea-Charlotte situation. If you watched both live, there was not a snowballs chance in hell that charlotte was gonna retain. Asuka was literally undefeated for almost 1000 days, her losing was unthinkable.
It isn't the same situation at all. Rhea lost to Charlotte at WM 36. Rhea has wanted nothing more than revenge for what Charlotte did to her. Rhea is also the most over superstar heading into WM 39. Rhea got her win against Charlotte in a clean fashion. Asuka was indeed undefeated, she beat many ppl including Sasha Banks and Bayley. To say that Charlotte had no chance of winning is wrong considering at that time Charlotte was arguably at the top and if Asuka beats Charlotte then nobody can beat Asuka. The only way the situation would be similar to Rhea and Charlotte is if Asuka wins the Royal Rumble again and chooses Charlotte. Or Asuka wins Elimination Chamber again and faces Charlotte at Wrestlemania for her revenge. Either way, Asuka losing was the right decision especially what happened on that Post WM 34 Smackdown show. Charlotte got cashed in on Carmella and Carmella won the title. Knowing WWE, there was no way they were gonna have Carmella lose her MITB cash in especially since it was coming off of the first ever female MITB. They needed to set the right example by having a successful cash in.
Yeah asuka losing made no sense. Charlotte didn't need that win or asuka's streak and she lost her title to carmella via cash in on the next smackdown. Tbh I would've booked asuka to win and had carmella cash in on an exhausted and beaten down asuka maybe right after. Someone like carmella could've really benefited from not only winning the women's title but beating asuka's undefeated streak imo
Roman beating Lesnar was a good call. My issue is everything they did with the WWE title leading up to that match, it didn’t need to be a unified at all
Man I’m happy because I have people who relate to the absolute tragedy of Sting Vs HHH, that was an insane match but so help me it should have been sting.
Im watching a 2k match while i wokrout and kurt angle and gunther just had a banger. If peak perk angle and gunther had a match irl that woulda fed so many families
Even more ironic, Triple H lost most of his matches at Wrestlemania(I'm alright with that because in my opinion he's the Greatest Heel of All Time) but the ones he did win, he shouldn't won(Booker T, Sting and Randy Orton)
He cant lose them all, that would deligitimize his character People would be just as mad if he beat Batista, Benoit, Undertaker or John Cena The only one everyone would like is him beating Roman lol
Honorable Mentions: Ryback instead of Mark Henry for the same reason as to why AJ Styles should have beaten Chris Jericho, CM Punk instead of Undertaker or Undertaker instead of Brock Lesnar then Bray Wyatt instead of Undertaker, Shane McMahon instead of Undertaker because he took control of Raw the next night anyway, and Kurt Angle instead of Baron Corbin because winning did absolutely nothing for Baron Corbin except make us boo him more.
HELLLLLLL NO Not Ryback. Not only was he trash but he was made to be somebody that he wasn't. It was also so bad in the fact that he botched his finisher multiple times on live TV. And Mark Henry is just clearly stronger than him in general so it wouldn't make sense for him to beat. Mark Henry
@@NY-Buddy no it didn't make sense for Ryback to hit his finisher on Mark Henry after the match and considering the fact he became number one contender for the WWE Championship shortly after it would have made a lot of sense for him to win this match then turn heel and challenge for the WWE Championship as opposed to real life where he lost then proceeded to challenge for the WWE Championship. AJ Styles 3 years
@@vampirascoffin870 you are forgetting two very important details about Carmella. She became SmackDown Women's Champion two days later after cashing in her MITB briefcase, and she defeated Asuka twice during her reign. Not only would it make sense for Carmella to end her streak at WrestleMania, but it would benefit them both in the long run. Carmella becomes a bigger and slightly better heel and Asuka can go on a losing streak, and if it were booked correctly when she gets her first win it'll be seen as a huge deal like she was when she first debuted.
Asuka should've won at WM 34 and went on a year long run with defeating the likes of Sasha, Bayley, Alexa, Natalya, & Tamina. To finally be dethroned by Ember Moon at WM35.
I really said to myself “did anyone really care about the 40 man rumble lmao” and then the cogs started turning in my head and I realized my brain was auto considering 40m rumble to be that saudi show lol
The result of Edge and Balor doesn't matter to me, because Balor's momentum and stuff wasn't harmed and HE WAS FUCKING BLEEDING. The results say Edge won, but Balor was the true winner no matter what.
18:28 I disagree with you on WM29 Brock Lesnar vs HHH 👍Hunter really needed that win (he is the guy with most WM losses of all time). Brock already won the first match at Summer Slam 2012 looking really strong when he broke Hunter's arm, even if he lost to Hunter at Mania 29, he still went on to win the rubber match to end the whole feud at Extreme Rules 2013, so they made the right decision after all ⭐
I still look at Triple H sideways with the result of the Booker T match. Makes me suspect on how he books black talent on the main roster. That said, agreed on Asuka beating Charlotte. AJ Styles and Jericho not only had the wrong winner but I still believe AJ should've won the rumble. The WWE claims anything could happen, what better way than having your new toy win and then eventually feud with Roman at that Mania. Roman wins and then ultimately you get the brilliant 2016-17 that Styles had. It's shame Rusev didn't win against Cena, that's my pick. The guy comes out with a Monday to Friday tank and loses.
I remember hearing that the point of Wrestlemania 32 was that all the heels won so that people would root for Roman to have the babyface win and get cheered. This company 💀
i also feel like asuka shouldn't have loss to bianca belair last year. and i love bianca & i get it that wwe wanted her to stay undefeated at wrestlemanias & break becky lynch's raw women's reign record but just like charlotte she didn't benefit from beating asuka at wm 39 & she was already a made woman in wwe
@@850bigboy that's what I'm saying like Asuka deserves a WRESTLEMANIA win like damn give asuka a WRESTLEMANIA win stop disrespecting this women's it's crazy
@@IXCANADATV I hope that her & kairi will win at wm 40 but my main concerns are that is it going to benefit asuka & most importantly kairi sane & are the fans are going to even care about wanting to see her finally get her first mania win ofc her main fans will care but others idk
@@IXCANADATV that's true plus she'll finally be able to celebrate her win at a big 5 ppv in front of fans for the first time in her wwe career it'll also be big for kairi to experience that moment as well
The Randy Orton and Bray Wyatt roles should have been reversed Bray should have won the Royal Rumble match and Randy should have won the Elimination Chamber with Bray winning at Mania
I disagree with HHH vs Randy, they got the winner right. What they didn't get right was the match itself, it should have been a lot better with an actual extreme stipulation.
Roman should have one! I started watching wrestling when I was eight (2015) and my brother was 17 (he was watching since before I was born). I was obsessed with Roman as the big dog. I still love him at this time, because other than old brothers of destruction and the rock clips, he was who got me into wrestling. I was always rooting for him as champion. My brother still won’t let me live it down.😂
Any of Asuka’s Mania matches - how does she go from undefeated to never winning a Mania match?! Also, Reigns vs Taker there was no need to add a second loss to Taker… And Gunter vs Sheamus vs McIntyre - Sheamus should’ve done it and won what has eluded him - yes i love Gunters reign but how have Sheamus lose (also not be in the decision) then never win it later not to mention he drafted away from winning it 🙄
Every Asuka WrestleMania match, Bray Wyatt vs John Cena at WrestleMania 30, Brock Lesnar vs The Undertaker at WrestleMania 30, and Cody Rhodes vs Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 39. Those are the most glaring ones.
People when John Cena defeated Bray Wyatt at WM 30: He buried him. People when The Undertaker defeated Bray Wyatt at WM 31: Yesssss! Taker's a legend. He's the goat. He deserves everything.
I still think Randy should have beaten Undertaker at 21, but at least with hindsight (streak and all that) I can live with it. Booker at 19 is no doubt the worst decision ever, and Damage CTRL losing last year still makes me scratch my head.
As one of the biggest fan of Becky Lynch i agree that she should have dropped the title to shayna baszler if she is anyway gonna drop it some time later for nothing and i also felt bad how asuka lost that title to rhea Ripley a young new superstar who don't have any build going into fued beating the hell out of one of the most dominant champion and taking off the belt easily
WWE Fans put way too much importance on Individual wins. Fandango defeated Jericho at Wrestlemania. AJ Styles didnt. Who got the better WWE Career? Carlito became US Champion in his first Match. Cent lost his first Match. Who got the better WWE Career?
after he lost to Jericho, I remember being so worried that WWE/ Vince was going to ruin AJ’s career because he wasn’t a WWE star that Vince created. But AJ is so damn good that they had no choice and had him go over vs Cena and eventually become champion.
So many matches i could harp on. But the one i will that still bothers me because every time i see her tag teaming with a jobber when she was so dominant in nxt and at the beginning of her main roster run. Shayna Baszler is probably the number 1 person at least for the women that should have won at wrestlemania. Her loss till this day has damaged her and her winning could have solidify her as a top women in the division that they need. Look at her in nxt and look at her now, you think she was 2 different people because no way she was that dominant and rarely loss but now shes almost a jobber. This needs to be rectified because im tired of seeing her not be dominant and in matches with the likes of Rhea and Becky and Bianca and Bayley and all the other main event women.
HHH at 16- Rock easily should’ve just been champ, 2000 Backlash better than Mania. HHH at 19- Booker T ☹️☹️ Jericho but i didn’t mind 32, it was 26- Edge should’ve won. Flair at 34- Asuka shoulda won
19:35, correct me if I’m wrong but didn’t that match have a stipulation in where if HHH lost to Brock, he would have to retire from Wrestling as a whole? Perhaps Vince didn’t want to end the wrestling career of HHH, or maybe Hunter had something to do with the end of the match. I don’t know
