Basically if you’re not Wretch himself or on the level of his intelligence then you need to graduate before passing his level. He is first class (the class above a 2.1 at UK universities).

When Wretch said if you aint got a "2-1" (that, here in the UK is a grade of a university degree, 1st, 2-1, 2-2 or 3rd) or you ain't 32 (himself, Wretch 32) you gotta graduate before you pass Wretch. He's saying if you aren't Wretch 32, or you don't have the relevant credentials, you aren't passing him. That line goes over so many heads, even here in the UK.
