In my experience, nerve hydrodissection with either dextrose of PRP is an effective treatment for wrist drop from radial nerve palsy or other nerve entrapment syndromes (foot drop from fibular neuropathy, carpal tunnel syndrome, ulnar neuropathy, other..).
