Wrist Preparation Exercises For Yoga with Andy & Nigel
A useful thirteen minute tutorial of simple exercises that can ease pain and discomfort, strengthen and increase mobility in the wrists.
Ideal as preparation for yoga practice, handstands, gymnastics etc.
Andy and Nigel both undertook Ido Portal Movement training, where most of these exercises were learned. Andy went much deeper into the training and continues with it to do this day. So the tutorial is given over to him. Plus Andy is much more of a talker than Nigel :)
