Wow just seeing this for the first time about them bring her books to life.. I have read all of Julia Quinn books. Believe me when I say, I have re-read them again. I've been a fan of Julia Quinn since 2005. While I stopped reading historical romance I still read every JQ book within a week of release. Because of the humor, because of the lovable characters, and because the male leads are nice! In a genre where most men are rakes and scoundrels JQ is incredibly unique. Like any true JQ fan, I love the Bridgerton family and I'm excited and nervous about the series. I hope Shonda Rhimes does them justice.

I do love the bridgerton series. I do hope not to be dissatisfied with the casting.. I've collected all the series now including the 2nd epilogue it's so wonderful and feel. Like i can't get enough of it i've read the series twice already and it always males me want more.. I love most the story of collin and anthony..

Oooh I've been looking forward to Netflix or Amazon to take on one of the new generation romance writers and bring their books to life. The duke and I was how I discovered Julia Quinn, and I still remember giggling uncontrollably on the bus on my way to work. Her dialogues were fun and clever and still true to the cadence of the era they were based. Julia Quinn, Eloisa James Stephanie Laurence are few of my favourite and I look forward to their next books, giving us a peek in the life of my favourite characters.

Thank goodness for strong heroines these days. I remember those early ones where the woman was forced.
