Only share as much as you feel comfortable...? ...but also, writers in these groups are _already_ bogged-down with their own ideas. So, you're only depriving yourself of _community_ by avoiding these spaces entirely. ...TLDR, whichever you choose? Enjoy the process, and _never stop writing words._
I mean, I can understand. Nobody would want to work on what I'm working on because the magic system is very airy and character-driven, the more solid sections are arcane and confusing, the characters are strange, I don't have a world map yet, lots of it is insensitive for modern standards but I'm stubborn, and so on. It honestly sounds like more work than it's worth, and writing is already a slog as is.
