It's the first week of NaNoWriMo! And let's travel back to the Victorian Era to attempt to write like one of my favorite Victorian authors. Will I succeed?

Yes i love these challenges ! I am planning to do the exact same thing with the writing and publishing in 4 months and using nanowrimo to launch it off, so it will be awesome to follow along your journey too ! I love this extra idea of writing like different authors, Stephen kings routine is what works best for me as I have other work to do in the afternoon.

this was so fun to see! i am reading great expectations right now and i am starting to love dickens more and more so its cool to learn a bit more about him. it would be hard to focus that much time on writing when you also have your day job to go to =( great job regardless!

Yes! He's such an incredible author, and I'm just amazed he was able to write five hours every day and publish so many books. Crazy!

I LOVED Great Expectations, I have always been a very advanced reader.. so I read this book when I was 11 years old, no adult believed me until I explained what the whole thing was about. lol.

I think splitting the writing in half with a walk, or whatever, was a really good idea. I know I wouldn’t be able to sit still for that long.
