From the album "In Tha Beginning...There Was Rap." Had this one, Bone Thugs n Harmony doing "F--- Tha Police," Snoop Dogg doing "Freaky Tales," Erick Sermon, Keith Murray, and Redman doing "Rapper's Delight," plus many more. Definitely a nice CD!!! Hell, I need to go pull it out now!!! :-)
There's music across all genres that I consider heavy. Electric Wizard's Dopethrone, Jimi Hendrix's Hey Joe and definitely Wu's version of Sucker MC's. These songs make me want to literally smash my face into the wall until I'm unrecognizable. It's crazy how totally different types of music can do the same thing.
Having once met Jam Master Jay in the lobby of the Chicago ( maybe Vic) Theater in '85. Am I a white OG? That's what they called me in Skid Row (LA in the mother fucking HOUSE!). And Chicago, not Chi-Town, Chicago, Murder Capital of the Universe. And the UIC Pavilion '84. Swatch Rap Fest, on the West Side. Some kids at my suburban high got killed getting off at the wrong turn off. Great show. Kriss Kross was there. Afrikka Bambatta (sp?) was not. Perhaps some Salt and Peppa. Not clear on the lineup. But RUN (RUN) D M C rocked the former house of the once pitiful Bulls. Artis Gilmore was later replaced by a guy from Carolina. ☮️
Its just a tribute... but i can agree. I think Meth and Red would have sounded better together. but then again this is a Wutang Cover not a Meth and Red Cover. ODB kills it at the end!
Two years ago, a friend of mine Asked me to say some MC rhymes So I said this rhyme I'm about to say The rhyme was Def a-then it went this way! the most famous rhymes of the story of rap
