Taken from the movie Off Limits, airing as part of "Sunday Matinee" on WUSV-TV (channel 45) in Schenectady, NY, an independent station serving Albany. Today the station is called WCWN, and is a CW affiliate billed as "CW15."
Back in the 80s, the station attempted to be another independent in the market, but didn't make much moves over WXXA and the NYC/Boston indies on cable. You can tell how cheap the station was with getting programs, as WXXA got most of them first. Still quite an oddity if I do say so myself.
