Welp unless Zhezhi has a unique kit, then she is definitely an easy skip. Since the only options to have a sub glacio that will likely have resonance liberation and glacio dmg buff will be Sanhua. Since I don’t believe we have yet to get a reason to use Lingyang yet, even if they make ToA glacio buff specific on one of them in august-September. Which at that point, sanhua just wins because she has some ridiculous value as both a sub dps despite the outro skill is unimpressive, but her ‘generation speed makes Yang Yang sad.’ Honestly if they do some character buffs, I hope yanyang gets two charges into of 1 when using intro skill, so she can immediately go into her forte to have far less field time necessary todo her quirk.

Nothing is really lost if you level up characters now specially since theres a level ceiling so thats pretty good then if you got him up, I'm still going to build mine cuz having more options for team building is always good.

Same😢 We only have 2 healer in the game right now. I have never been showing so much appreciation to a healer in a game as much as right now.

I'm guessing she probably buffs skill damage on her outro, (possibly both Glacio and Skill DMG?) and is also able to do off-field coordinated attacks. If so, she is going to put the Jinhsi vs Jiyan debate to rest. ^^;

@@Beeeeeewwwww I just checked the character, from the pic shared it wasn't that. She looked like an upgraded version of Baizhi with mechanical arm and she had a baton like a music conductor or wand I guess. I am not well versed with PGR characters honestly and also it's way too early for a 1.3 character leak I suppose

PGR is incredibly generous. People don't exaggerate when they call it a gacha game allergic to making money: 5star selectors are given to all players periodically, and the recent CN 4.5th anniversary is giving every player the best physical DPS (Bianca:Stigmata) currently in the game for free. Needless to say, I'm still a bit cautious about believing Xiangli Yao being free but if it turns out to be true I wouldn't be surprised considering Kuro's very generous track record

@@Byrvurra Jianxin is not even close to bis support nor sub dps for Jinhsi. That would be someone that does coordinated attacks and provides skill damage buff, not liberation. You are not even getting it back every rotation with normal builds.

Not surprising for Kuro but pretty early i think? but this is probably some sort of Thank you? given i bet many pulled on Jinhsi C6 her and their will definitely many also would slap so much money on Changli that's the only reason i can think of why he is free and would probably a important char. for some char. for team. and if he is free then his going to be in standard banner for people who want to get his dupes.
