hi guys i am from indonesia. I have been a subscriber for a long time, and I always watch every updated video from you, maybe it would be nice to be you, can enjoy the hobby of hunting for leftovers, when you find them, besides being able to uncover history, of course it also gives your own satisfaction, and is tired paid off. It might be nice if I could go hunting with you guys, but it won't be possible, because of our distance. :) and unfortunately I can only watch on my 'laptop' screen from Indonesia. always success for you, always be careful and take care of your health.
This channel popped up on my suggested videos and i have to say, i am impressed. You do great work and provide a large amount of information. Its really fascinating, cant wait for the next video!
How do you proceed in order to get the permit(s) to detect in German woods/fields/areas, as the rules for detecting in Germany are quite unique and not so easy to get your hands on?
i am not a metal detecting guy. But it´s allow in 15 of 16 German States. The only thing you have declare are findings with cultural or national value, from Roman or Viking times i guess. But most WWII stuff is simply modern trash, just call the police if you find ammunition or bombs.
I agree. The soldiers weren't the monsters people think they were, at least most of them weren't. They were just regular people drafted into a war and forced to follow orders from their superiors
hope you are able to reach school aged kids..to educate about this fantastic hobby..to have fun in many ways..more importantly how wars have changed mankind...
I wonder if you need some kind of permit to metal detect on a german battlefield. Also love the channel been watching for a few years now. Keep up the good work👍
Hey, i just wanted to say i love your Videos and im from germany and i found some thinks like gasmasks ant anti tank stuff with my metal detector but i was wondering how you find and choose the locations. Where do you know from where to search and where the battle were. But again i love watching your Videos. Its really interesting. ✌👍
Alright whos gonna donate the money for a massive metal detector that can scan several hundred ft at a time and pin pin point exactly where something is lol
From76 to'80 I was stationed in ludwigsburg. Being in a signal unit I spent 9 months a year in the forests mostly in the swabish? Areas of Germany. I loved the country side and people! I just wish I was more educated as to what happened during ww2. Was there much fighting near wurzburg, nurnburg and areas near rein main? Enjoy your show, keep it up! (Please excuse my spelling)
Question...do you folks ever think about those that used all these item's and how their lives changed due to a War...also are human bones ever found ?? And lastly, do many of these item's remain with you or go into a Museum please / Thank you ..
I love metal detecting. I used to metal detect on the beaches of the Bay Area but I left California. Can someone advise on cool places to detect in the East/South U.S?
