What a fantastic collection, you have so many lovely items, just great to see, thank you for sharing 👍I will have to watch this video a few times just so I can take it all in.
Amazing collection, at times I want to refine my collection to certain things and subjects but seeing all the great bits in one collection is also remarkable. Inspiring
Wowza! A true WW2 Collector you are! Thank you Ken for filming your amazing collection. You have some amazing pieces! 👍 great reference books! Wish my collection looked like yours!
Great collection Ken your video was a real pleasure to watch. I’m also a collector. I’ve subscribed and I shall watch all your previous videos. Thanks for sharing your hard earned collection.
Very nice collection. The ticket you assumed would be a movie ticket is actually a train ticket. It says: Wehrmacht ticket. passenger train. Wieren - Berlin via Stendal. 3rd class * 3 RM (=Reichsmark, that s the currency); 189 km (that's the distance, about 117,5 miles).
really nice collection and displayed very nicely. thank you for sharing. ive collected since 1980 to have a collection comparable bu my collection has 30 plus german helmets and 30 plus us helmets as well.
Wow. Amazing ww2 collection. Im not a Nazi supporter type. Just very interested in ww2 military collectibles like you. No matter what country they come from. Its all about our history.
Great Collection & Display! You should consider covering those holes behind the flag or the sun will bleach and rot holes in it over time. A title square of duct tape over them (behind the flag) should do the trick.
This is what I would call a "One of everything collection." I think it shows he has a true love of the history of the war. He values even the smallest relics no matter the condition. I feel the same. With so many collectors obsessed with rare mint condition items, this is refreshing.
I think that's understandable. I could certainly understand the appeal of an almost intacted Decal or well-aged Helmet because. I'd certainly love one, but I'm too young to be putting any of that money up anyways
Lovely collection and so good to be able to have it so organised and on display, a truly enjoyable room to immerse yourself in. Keep on the good footage
Beautiful displays / room you’ve built there! That’s my goal this winter to finally make a room so I can display everything I’ve gathered so far. Right now 90% of my collection is packed away and that’s no fun!
I have a collection and and skeptical about ppl seeing it. Ppl tend to call me a Nazi when I’m just a ww2 historian. Cudos to you doing this video and taking a chance on ppl judging. I dont take that chance, cheers
@gruppenfuhrer45 I have a WW2 collection with Nazi stuff and everything, and a RU-vid page. I have had friends and family ask why I have it and I tell them this: History is history, like ot or not. People, both good and bad, died and participated in wars and everyday life. Owning, collecting, reading about the Nazi's doesnt make you a Nazi. You are educating yourself and preserving history, a really dark and sad part of history. A lot of these people who want to erase history go out in the streets and waving Soviet flags, supporting communism and even doing the Nazi salute, but they turn around a rebuke it? They are uneducated and have no care for history. We need to preserve this stuff, and remind ourselves about this part of history, because if people dont its bound to repeat itself again! I am just saying you shouldnt be ashamed of it, you didnt do anything to cause it. It happened. Share you knowledge and your collection, I know I will be here for support for you! And many others, we have your back! Bless you! 😊
At 1:14 you can see a bug (possibly a moth) I hope you're able to eliminate those bugs before they damage your collection. Not trying to be a downer, I'm just genuinely trying to help. I like the mini easel at 2:35, I bought a few of those myself for my collection and they hold some of my shadow boxes. Hobby Lobby used to sell those and all frames at 50% off every other week, maybe they still do.
I've recently found your channel, came here via 'blitz1944 '. You've really got a comprehensive collection very very nice. It was a pleasure to watch. I really liked the idea of hanging thd bayonets by their frogs using tie wraps. I find framing stuff do difficult, I've got two german ww2 art show programmes/magazines with golden sw#stikas on the front , very stylised and km struggling to do it properly. One cheat I always use is mannequins, I've got 5 on the go at the minute....German (POA Russian volunteer), British Falklands, German infantry ww2, Swedish ww2 home guard, and soviet post war......until recently that one was a DDR grenztruppen...but anyway to bulk the uniforms out and give the impression of a complete uniform, I just put any old surplus military shirt under the tunic, green british, grey surplus....nice and cheap...anyway Kenneth all the best and hello from England 😊😊😊😊
Great collection that you have, Ken. You should be very proud. You have it displayed very well. Thanks for the video tour. Keep the videos and content coming. 👍🏻🙂
Surreal video. My great-grandfather was almost killed by a german artillery shell at the battle of the bulge. I almost wasn't born because of these guys.
Se fosse no Brasil... era reportagem em todos os canais de comunicação só para difamar o colecionador. Igual aquele caso da Argentina, do colecionador que tinha uma sala secreta com itens desse tipo, lembra?
