step 1- Have online and make sure it is updated. step 2 - Sign into your ps account. ( membership not needed ) step 3 - With the account your trying to play with, go into the main menu and accept both their policy's. once this is done, you can play multiplayer with your creations
If a player is signed in as a guest, the game won't give the guest the option to accept the End User License Agreement or Privacy Policy. It won't even allow the guest to view the EULA or Privacy Policy from the main menu.
i was hopeing this year would be better and no glitch like the Parental Controls Glitch i could'nt down load other wrestlers that people made or a arenas or make tag teams i hated 2k18 couse of that stuff i had it for the ps4
This happened to me all the time back on 2K18. I would've thought they'd fix this problem during development and while I still like this game, I'm not going to hide my disappointment about this.
It only ever does this when I have anything custom. When I first played the game it wasn't doing this but after a couple days it started doing this it's super annoying
2k sports knows of this and isnt trying hard enough. But i wanted to play with 4 friends so i have to make 4 new accounts. Its now nov 24th and 2k hasn't fixed the problem. I'll update periodically.
How I did it everyone was I closed the application and started the game up with the second persons account then worked fine. Idk if it’ll work opposite way though
If you start the application as a guest, then log in to your PSN account as player 2, 3 etc., then you'll be able to play multi-player matches with guests without the need the create additional PSN accounts for them. The only problem is, you won't be able to use any created content, but hey, it's better than nothing.
Bo fosho there was a way around the glitch in 2k18 where if you set up a 2 player match in universe mode it worked. I tried that in 19 and it doesn’t work anymore.
I'm going through now and what makes it worse I don't have internet connection, so I can't sign into the PSN. I've got four bad ass CAWs and they won't even play their intros.
Had to deal with it in '18 and going through it now! The crazy thing is, when I first got the game, it worked no problem. Now all of a sudden, even with the second user profile logged in I get the message so what now?
All my accounts already have PSN accounts, and even me playing one player, I still can't access custom fighters. Thing is, my boys and I played yesterday and it worked fine, started acting up today. This needs to be fixed.
Ik man . i coulda swore the 1st or acouple days there wasnt a problem at all . i got the deluxe preorder so like 4 or 5 days before the release . so it mightve been within those days . after its intial release this stupid bug/glitch started . at 1st i was like holy shit they fixed it lmao nope theyre still fkin with us lol smh

To prevent that dumb parental controls issue from popping up, just have two different user profiles saved on your PlayStation and signed in to both of them using both of your controllers. That way you can create arenas or titles or wrestlers and use two controllers without that issue popping up.
It's not as simple as just creating a different user profile. In order to create the new profile, you either have to create a whole new PSN account or log in to one that's already been created. Who wants to go through the hassle, especially if you want to play with a few people? All I want to do is use my account with guests, but the game won't let me do it because some glitch/bug is preventing the game from allowing guests to play if someone else is logged in to an account that contains created content and there's no way to fix it.
Anyone on PS4 having trouble with share play ? worked fine on day of release now won't connect saying that games not released in region.. works fine on other games apart from WWE2K19..

for me thats the one thing I wanted fix from 2018 share issues, my review would be 5 out of 10 due the share play issue.. apart from that its improved loads but sadly I won't be playing now due to SP. Thanks again 👍🏻

No, the second player doesn’t need to have a PlayStation plus account to play coop. What you need to do is create a PlayStation network account which is different than PlayStation plus. On the second controller, When you create a new user make sure that you go through the process of registering a valid email. Once you verify that email to that existing or created user you are good to go. I’m not paying for another PlayStation plus account for my 8 year old just to play a coop on this game.

You don't need to create a PSN network accuount for the second user at all. I figured this out myself. I had created a new superstar and then it stopped working. All you need to do is go to "options" then "deletion utility" and delete any custom creations. Worked for me straight away then ☺️
Ok I found a solution if you can’t get a PSN account for the other account, close the application that the main account is in and open the application as the other account that doesn’t have it, and you should be able to play 2 players. Downside is that it won’t be your data which kinda stinks, but better than nothing I guess

The game might still be installing. Usually when installing, it'll say "Ready to Play," but only one-on-one until install is complete. Check download progress and if it's done, try restarting game/console. Hope this helps!

Bro I created an enterance through advanced enterance creation , the entrance is getting skipped while I play , it shows it's due to parental controls WHY ? And I also tried your concept still it doesn't work Pls I need ans
what i want to know is, is it possible to get round this crappy glitch when using shareplay? i play local co-op loads with my mates on this game as they have accounts on my PS4, however any time we try to do shareplay we get hit with that same bullshit restriction
Ugh. That stinks. Only fix I'm seeing right now is make sure both of you are signed in on normal PSN accounts, not guest accounts. Will let you know if anything else pops up.

My friends and I were about to play this he brought his controllers and everything over we had trouble syncing it. We figured it out after 30 minutes. Then we are about to have a TLC 6 man match. I've downloaded wwe2k19 season pass online and all add-ons at someone else's house. Now I'm home without internet. when I play i can't choose any downloaded characters or add-ons. Can this be fixed?
I don't know if you solved this problem yet, but you can only save the DLC on your console if it's tied to your PSN account and the console you want to save it to is set as your primary PS4. If you purchased the DLC using the other person's PSN account who's console you downloaded it on, then you won't be able to use the DLC unless you're signed in with that person's PSN account. If you purchased the DLC with your own PSN account, then you need to perform the following steps: First, bring your console to a family member or friend's home with internet access. Second, set the console as your primary PS4 by going to (Settings) > [Account Management] > [Activate as Your Primary PS4] > [Activate]. Lastly, download the DLC and it should save to your console and then you can use the DLC at your own home without an internet connection.

This ISNT a glitch! 2K put in in there ON PURPOSE! They had so many parents bitching about their underage kids downloading "adult" logos that they put parental controls on the game where you have to connect to their servers in order to prove your age to use any created content. Including what you created yourself

The biggest fucking problem comes when u try and play shareplay. On 2K18 u could get round it by making your friend a family member with full access, but that doesn't work on 2K19. >_

Its working with 1-4 player as it says, and only 1 ps account registered and all others sign in as Guest, is works BUT!!!!!!!! When download (custom)superstars from community its getting block all other then main account. so if u remove or delete custom superstar and other downloads, W2K19 works 1-4 player local multiplayer for sure......
But bro both my profiles on the system have psn and it still does it. And it also mutes entrance music and my video comment at while streaming. This game has officially made me mad
So I found out once you create anything whether it’s a costume, player, move set, etc this glitch happens..... only way to couch coop is by not having anything created.
I agree....me and my daughter were playing fine then I noticed Roderick Strong wasn't with undisputed era so I put him in the group,changed his clothes and entrance went back to play and BAM! Parental control of death!...help plz
