I completely believe the promoter is lying to honky Tonk man and decided to blame it on some dude while admitting he’s the booker but this other dude wanted to book. And his gf wanted to do the poster and the promoter acts like the posters and flyers were out of his control? He’s the fucking promoter and booker. He lied repeatedly and it’s easy to tell by the stuttering and changing his story at a whim.

Card Subject to Change means there's no legal recourse. It was a shady thing to do but it's not a federal offense.
