Matt hardy is naturally a fast talker. And usually when he does the broken accent, he is speaking a bit slower. So for him to talk naturally, he is obviously going to break kayfabe a little bit. But when he's in the ring, I'm sure he'll be full on with his WOKEN/BROKEN accent.
People need to get over the extreme Hardy's that was the past this is the now broken Hardy's are the new gimmick and their new personam it goes better with their age. It's time for their new gimmick to take over WWE and change wrestling.
You could tell the Hardys and Corey were getting bored as shit. This crowd was not even having fun and half the questions were lame as hell. Why would you ask a question about fucking Lita?
They did this appearance thinking that broken Matt would be over being his first appearance broken again. But there were only casual WWE fans and kids who've never seen the broken universe yet. This fell so flat. Like it made Matt's half assed portrayal of the character so hard to take. This is the first step to just how bad they are going to bury this character in WWE.
nico I agree. I just think that he reacted to the crowd being dead by talking mostly as Matt Hardy instead of broken Matt. He watered his character down. I do think it was the dead crowds fault.
Jeff is still a huge crowd favorite, and he could barely pull any love from this narcoleptic crowd. Actually, Matt's few Bray Wyatt references got the most applause because this dumb crowd was like "durrrrr that was a week ago, I remember that!"
Andy Burns indeed, the reason for matt being woken is pretty contrived, whereas the birth of broken matt was layered with months of buildup between the brothers and arose when soldout matt taking a swanton from the roof of a two-story building. The storyline may be whacky, but still believable within the confine of pro-wrestling, and most importantly, it was organic.
Its a bit risky to have Reby accompany Matt. Yes, his character makes sense to have her along, but she is kind of a loose cannon, both in real life and on twitter(just look at her twitter against TNA/Impact, its a journey my friend, a journey)
