WWE now have both Guilia and Steph coming to join the likes of Perez, Stratton, Green, Bayley, Belair, Morgan, Ripley and so on. Already been loving what WWE have been doing, but even more excited to see what they do with them

It's not just Shawn Michaels, but both Ava & the WWE Spanish Twitter account even acknowledged Stephanie signing as well. It also makes sense since if Stephanie was to head to AEW, then CMLL would've allowed her to remain champion because of their relationship with AEW.

I can tell you right now it was no bidding war. Her dream has always been WWE. Question for Stephanie Vaquer 3 years ago: "If at this moment they showed you two contracts between NXT or AEW, which one would you choose?" She answers: "Definitely, NXT. I think there are many good wrestlers in NXT and WWE that I would like to face."

Stephanie going to WWE isn't a surprise, her main goal was WWE.

Some of the luchadores in AEW defended her ex-bf after he nearly strangled her to death. I'm sure she didn't mind working for AEW here and there, but being in that locker room long term was probably less than appealing with those luchas in the company.

Fair play to Stephanie Vaquer; had a high profile match against Mercedes Mone then within a week she signs with WWE. She’s going to go places!

You're assuming she went to WWE cause of more money. Maybe she just liked the people or creative pitches better. Or she wants to work in front of more people. Or wants to wrestle on Wrestlemania. Unless we get specifics on contract numbers that were offered, anything could be the reason she chose WWE.

If people know her personal situation and those associated with that situation in AEW, I think it’s pretty obvious she was probably never gonna go there, plus WWE has always been her dream, even 3 years ago when NXT was at its lowest and AEW at its highest, she still said she’d rather be in NXT

They didnt bring up that a major reason she may have signed with WWE is some Luchadores in AEW (Rush and Dralistico) publically supported Vaquer's ex-bf after he was arrested for nearly choking her to death. It may have deterred her from signing there and having to share a locker room with men who supported your abuser. There are other benefits of signing with WWE. Like better stability, more opportunities to improve, as well as performing in front of more people. But sure lets go with money as to why

I am happy for Vaquer's new deal, but sadly, this shows once again that WWE doesn't like to play nice. What is wrong with Vaquer doing a couple more shows before starting at WWE, so she can drop the belts, do a lovely farewell and thank you to fans, and eventually make her way to the Performance Center. I don't understand why WWE thinks they have to snatch someone immediately. This really doesn't make them look good in this deal, and the fact that Vaquer had to apologize for the inconveniences and not WWE is telling. NJPW and CMLL are definitely not happy with how WWE handled this, and I'm sure it is going to taint any possible future relations.

Never heard of Stephanie Vaquer before but its great to hear that for once WWE succeeded in outbidding aew for new talent. After WWE previously came up short against aew in trying to sign marquee NJPW stars like Kenny, Will, Okada & Jay, hopefully WWE will start to step up their recruiting efforts way more harder against tony hoarder from here on in especially as WWE as the far hotter promotion right now.

Good Day to all. Ah another day and more AEW nonsense. Is anyone surprised that Vaquer went to WWE with how AEW women's division is booked it's no surprise. Also Danielson won the Owen Hart championship but Bryan recently did an interview saying he doesn't want to win the belt and shouldn't at his stage of his career (fair enough can't argue there). Since the AEW Neckbeard fanbase at all internet die Uncle Dave loving marks it doesn't make and sense to have Bryan win the tournament, saying that this Tony Klown's way of booking the Chewbacca approach. It's upsetting since there is so much potential in AEW (and so many duds pointing at the Elite and Pals), there is a decent WWE alternative under all the mess/bad booking/bad decision making/money wasted etc... but Tony Klown can't get out his own way and admit he knows nothing and hire real professionals with a track record, turn this into a profitable successful business instead of E-Fed wrestling and being the butt of all jokes. I bet most of the upper talent just sit and laugh at TK since they can rob him blind while TK just wants to play with his toys.
